| The functions played by social organizations have gained full meaning because of their mission,but in daily operations,Support social organizations have deviated from their missions.This "special facts" contrary to existing theories is worth pondering.In order to reconstruct this fact,based on the literature review,this paper constructs the analysis framework of “two-dimensional matrix under the working calendar”,and discusses that under the background of the transformation of state governance structure,T Association will face internal governance failure.Behavioral response and strategic choices.The study found that: T Association has taken the initiative to adopt the "mission drift" growth strategy in the process of growth and development,and its actual performance is characterized by the abstract ambiguity of the mission statement,the daily operation and the deviation of the values and beliefs from the purpose.Lack of sexual dimensions,lack of development resources,inefficient operation,and lack of supervision mechanisms.On the basis of the actual description,it is further indicated that internal operation is the decisive factor in determining the “mission drift” of the Support social organization,and explores the pivotal social organization from the relationship between resource allocation,legalization and association culture and internal operations.The internal mechanism of growth.The construction of Support social organizations is to promote governance transformation.However,this distorted growth strategy will eventually lead to the alienation of its characteristics and strengthen the transformation dilemma. |
