Research On Ecological Value Of Contemporary College Students And Its Cultivation

Ecological environment is an outstanding problem restricting the stable,healthy and sustainable development of economy and society in China.The report of 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the overall layout of “Five in One” including economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction,which placing the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further expressed the point of view that man and nature are a community of life,which make it clear that the modernization we want to build is the modernization of harmonious coexistence of man and nature.It has become an urgent need for the current harmonious development of society to vigorously promote the ecological civilization construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Ecological values construction is the core and important component of ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Contemporary college students are the builders and successors of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and whether they have scientific ecological values and civilized ecological behavior literacy not only directly influences the formation of the ecological values of the whole society,but also have a profound and significant impact on the construction of ecological civilization of the whole society and the construction of beautiful China.Carrying out the research on ecological values cultivation of contemporary college students will be very important for improving their ecological responsibility consciousness,making them establish the life community concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and stimulating their consciousness and creativity to actively participate in the construction of a beautiful China.This paper follows the basic idea of "theoretical research-realistic analysis-cultivation path".Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this study,the research progress at home and abroad,research content and ideas,research methods and innovations.Secondly,it expounds the definition of ecology,values,ecological values and college students' ecological values.According to the summarizing of Marx and Engels' s ecological thoughts,Xi Jinping's ecological values,the ecological ethics of Chinese traditional culture and the western ecological ethics,it provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation and study of contemporary college students' ecological values.On this basis,it makes clear the content and significance of cultivation the ecological values of contemporary students.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the ecological values cultivation of contemporary college students.Based on the investigation and research,it analyzes the existing problems of contemporary college students' ecological values and summarizes the reasons for that.Finally,combined with the three principles of the ecological values cultivation of contemporary college students,this paper discusses four aspects for promoting the ecological values cultivation of contemporary college students,including to create a good social atmosphere,to strengthen the dominant role position of universities,to stimulate the family enthusiasm and participation,and to develop their own capacity for ecological values cultivation of college students.
