Study On The Cultivation And Optimization Of Middle School Students' Labor Consciousness

Labor consciousness is an integral part of social consciousness.Correct labor consciousness helps middle school students form scientific labor cognition,helps students understand the purpose and significance of labor,and work hard in labor to realize their dreams in life.Wrong labor consciousness will produce opposite consciousness and behavior,and negatively affect people and society.Therefore,whether the labor consciousness is correct or not affects the attitudes and methods of middle school students' future work and life,which is an effective means to promote the comprehensive development of students and an inevitable requirement for building an innovative country.Therefore,the cultivation of labor awareness of middle school students is essential.The thesis uses a combination of questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the current situation of middle school students' labor consciousness.Through surveying several aspects of middle school students' labor cognition view,labor purpose view,labor honor and disgrace view,labor innovation view,and understanding of labor-related social issues,the status of middle school students' labor consciousness and the factors that affect their labor consciousness are summarized.The survey results show that the status of middle school students' labor consciousness is generally positive,but there are also labor cognitive deviations,behavioral evasion of manual labor,insufficient understanding of the purpose and role of labor,lack of confidence in innovative labor,and related social labor issues Recognition of partial labor consciousness such as bias.By analysing the reasons for the weak labor consciousness of middle school students,the optimization path of labor consciousness cultivation is derived.First,give play to social support.Optimize the social environment and create a positive labor culture atmosphere.Secondly,give full play to the school's leading role,clarify the labor consciousness training objectives,and scientifically set up courses inside and outside the school in accordance with the physical and mental health of students,and adopt flexible an diverse forms.Improve the evaluation system and incorporate labor literacy into the student's comprehensive quality evaluation system;again,give play to the basic role of the family,optimize the family education environment,change the concept of parent education,and establish a good family style that advocates labor;finally,give play to the main role of students' self-education and increase students The subject's labor identity,happiness and gain.The cultivation of labor awareness of middle school students requires the joint efforts of society,schools,families,educators,and educated people.Because the author lacks relevant practical experience in the cultivation of labor consciousness,there are still many deficiencies in the understanding of the cultivation of labor consciousness,which requires more in-depth research and exploration in the future.More in-depth investigation of the current situation of middle school students' labor consciousness and how to develop labor awareness training in a more targeted manner require the author to think further in future studies.
