The issue of talents is the core issue of social development,and talents are an important force supporting social development.The new era puts forward new requirements for talents.The development of talents needs to take into account both instrumental rationality and value rationality.To form an independent personality,it must also have a sense of social responsibility.Talent comes from education.As a place to study advanced knowledge,universities shoulder the mission of training high-end talents.For a long time,under the influence of utilitarianism,the professional education ideology left behind when the education system fully studied the Soviet model remains popular.In the process of personnel training,universities overemphasize the external value of people,ignore internal values,and despise the subjectivity and creativity of people in the education process.Therefore,the reform of China's university system has always been around such a problem.That is,how to establish a perfect mechanism under which talent training can take into account both personal development and social responsibility.Discipline is an important unit of university,which affects the function of university.Discipline and talent training are closely related.Under disciplinary discipline,university talent training has been affected to a certain extent.The main performances are four characteristics: taking discipline theory as the center,authoritative scholars as the pursuit target,shaping and self-shaping as the means,and finely quantified evaluation indicators.In the process of personnel training,disciplinary discipline is manifested in knowledge planning,benefit allocation,and power operation.Under this effect,university talent training has three barriers: knowledge barriers,identity rejection and system solidification.Disciplinary discipline is like an "invisible hand",shaping students in a passive position,unifying and standardizing students,and educational work has deviated from the "orientation".Therefore,under the call of social development to new-type talents and the requirement of the benign development of colleges and universities,the meta-value of education should be returned to break the gap between discipline training and talent training.First of all,we should change the disciplinary thinking in the university management process,return to the essence of education and educate people.Secondly,with the goal of cultivating "holistic people",students should be treated as "specific individuals",respect for the freedom of human nature,make them free to generate,and provide a complete knowledge system.Third,improve the quality of general education,broaden horizons,lay a solid foundation,integrate insights,and promote the overall development of students.Finally,according to the actual situation of the school,we should integrate the resources of various disciplines and educate people by discipline groups.
