| Teachers’ discipline, as a way of education, is common in teachers’ teaching activities,and plays an important effect. Although many teachers are approved of the effect, but as a result of its legal ambiguity and the pressure of society and media, all the teachers are afraid of referring to this question. The voice of appreciation education becomes greater and greater,at the same time, discipline education is questioned and criticized repeatedly. In fact, due to the physical and mental development of primary school students is not yet mature, they has not yet formed a clear concept of right and wrong, so blindly tolerance and praise is not good for developing their good habits and personality. Discipline and recognition are both important ways of education. They compose a complete education. Appropriate disciplinary education is reasonable and necessary.The paper takes primary school teachers’ disciplinary behavior as the research object,through the rationality and legitimacy demonstrates the theoretical basis for its existence. The author investigates the parents, students, and teachers’ understanding of discipline and the teachers’ real use of punishment through the questionnaire survey method and interview method, and explore the problems and reasons in the process when teachers are taking punishment as a way to educate the student who makes mistake. Finally, in order to help first-line teachers to take reasonable disciplinary actions, the author suggest to improve the teachers’ disciplinary behavior from strengthen legislation, improve school management,improve teachers’ comprehensive quality and establish the correct public opinion guidance. |
