Physical education is an important place for teenagers to improve their physical and mental health.In physical education,students can learn enough exercise habits to affect their life and develop the concept of lifelong sports.Physical education plays an important role in students' life path and school education.But now the secondary vocational students physical education is not taken seriously,the students in the physical education is not interested in,the classroom atmosphere is serious,so can not complete the classroom task well,to achieve the teaching goal,in view of this phenomenon,this paper on how to use the game teaching method to improve this situation.In order to improve the physical education classroom teaching of secondary vocational students,the methods of literature review,investigation,experiment and observation are mainly used to design the physical education classroom teaching that adds game teaching.During the teaching practice,an experimental study on the game teaching method in liaocheng technician college,a secondary vocational school in liaocheng city,is conducted to verify the effect of the game teaching method.The research holds that: 1)students have a higher acceptance of good use of game teaching method in class,but now PE teachers still need to improve their cognition and application of sports games.2)through the game design of the teaching process of physical education,secondary vocational students have a high degree of satisfaction.Rational use of game teaching method can promote secondary vocational students to actively participate in the process of physical education.3)the game teaching method can promote students' subjective feeling of exercise and improve the adaptability of exercise load of secondary vocational students.4)the game teaching method plays a certain role in promoting students' physical fitness.Through statistical analysis,especially in the standing long jump and 800-meter run,there is a very significant difference,indicating that the game teaching method has a significant effect on these two indicators.5)in terms of lung capacity and sit-up fitness indexes,the application of game teaching method did not show significant improvement compared with the application of traditional teaching method.Game teaching method in the secondary vocational school sports teaching experimental process found problems,Suggestions: 1)on the game teaching method of secondary vocational students' positive affect at the same time,the physical education teachers should also be from the organization,student sports psychological process of the game,the transformation,the basic rule of physical education teaching for understanding,choose the content and timing of the game.2)the game teaching method cannot comprehensively promote the enhancement of students' physical fitness,and it should be organically combined with the teaching methods of sports technical skills and physical training to overcome the mere interest in the process of physical teaching.
