Investigation On The Present Situation Of Physical Education Arrangement In Junior Middle Schools In Peony District Of Heze City Under The New Educational Experiment

Zhu Yongxin(professor and doctoral supervisor of soochow university)initiated a folk education reform campaign.Since 2000,there have been more than 3,500 experimental schools in 28 provinces and autonomous regions,with more than 3.7million teachers and students participating.In 2018,peony district of Heze city officially joined the 125 th experimental area of new education.Adhering to the new education experiment to "make a kind of new education community happy full life education" for the purpose,adhere to the "all for all people,for the sake of the people" is the basic idea,based on the idea of reading and reflection,how to infiltrate the students after school life of sports,at the same time of enhanced physique,students can feel a sense of accomplishment and happiness in the sport as a research direction.In physical education,as an extension and important supplement of physical education class,the importance of physical education homework has gradually emerged.On the basis of literature review,questionnaire method,expert interview,logical analysis and other methods,this paper takes the current situation of physical education homework arrangement in 4 middle schools in peony district of heze city as the research object,understands the current situation of physical education homework design,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions based on the new educational concept.The research thinks that :(1)through the investigation,it is found that there is a problem in physical education teachers that the physical education homework is not carried out properly,Not conducive to the "new education experiment" on the expression of physical exercise exercise into a way of life,lifelong.The causes of this problem mainly include: teachers' insufficient attention,students' weak consciousness of physical exercise,and school leaders' lack of policy guidance.(2)through the investigation,it is found that physical education teachers have single,repetitive and unsustainable problems in the content of physical education homework,and students' interest in exercise is not high.It is not conducive to the enrichment and cultivation of psychological and spiritual levels of the concept of "new educational experiment".Through the understanding of the main reasons are: due to part of the physical education teachers are not the major,knowledge structure is not complete,the impact of the secondary school examination system.(3)in the form of sports homework,there is a phenomenon of low participation in skills activities,such as sports clubs and community activities.This is not conducive to the "new education experiment" on sports homework to emphasize the respect for students' sports personality,strengthen the development of sports specialty.Through understanding and analyzing the causes of this problem,the main reasons are: physical education teachers lack the guidance of special skills of project activities and students' own skills are not proficient,there is no interest in this aspect,hobbies,high school examination system.(4)through investigation,it is found that PE teachers do not pay enough attention to the evaluation of students' PE homework.This is not conducive to the idea of "new educational experiment" focusing on the individual experience and feelings of students,and it is also difficult to obtain satisfaction and happiness.The main reasons for this problem are as follows: 1.Teachers lack the attention to students' individual feelings and ignore the encouragement and guidance of psychological level.2.Teachers lack a systematic and flexible evaluation system.At the same time,combining with the concept of the new education experiment,the following Suggestions are put forward :(1)it is suggested that the school should strengthen the policy guidance and improve the understanding of the PE teachers on the PE homework.(2)it is suggested that physical education teachers should pay attention to the continuity of physical education homework,and emphasize the cultivation of students' tough character and strong patriotism through continuous exercise.(3)suggest that PE teachers' attention to the cultivation of students' sports interest,gradual sports assignment,fully respect the cultivation of student's sports specialty,make full use of modern teaching means(sports),flexible sports assignment,and to encourage writers club,community activities,workshops,and other sports activities,finally causes the student to obtain successful experience,and then get happiness.(4)it is suggested that physical education teachers enhance the awareness of this aspect,always put the students' psychological feelings in the first place,and regularly evaluate the students' physical education work in the form of group or individual demonstration,giving priority to encouragement and paying attention to the psychological feelings of each student,so as to enable all students to develop completely and comprehensively as far as possible.Hope to be able to for the new education experiment in sports discipline can achieve its integrity,let the students' sports life more systematic,complete,let students feel the joy brought by the sports,implement new education "let a happy complete new education community education life" this goal,makes sports thought life,students lifelong belief.At the same time,it is also hoped that the research can guide the sports practice and provide practical reference for the future research.
