The concept of biology is one of the important contents of the biology curriculum in middle schools.Before learning the concept of science,students are often affected by the experience of daily life and the knowledge already in their heads,and often have many myths.Apply the concept scale to investigate students' understanding of scientific concepts,crack mythical concepts,and help students receive new scientific concept knowledge as soon as possible.In this article,the chapter "Modern Biological Evolution Theory" of the senior high school biology compulsory book of human education edition is used as the research content.The knowledge points under the core concepts are developed to develop the concept scale.Investigate and investigate the myths of students,further analyze the causes of these myths,and put forward feasible suggestions.First,through the method of literature reading,the principles and steps of the formulation of concept scale are analyzed in depth,and the definition,causes and characteristics of the concept of myth are expounded.Secondly,developing the concept scale of "modern biological evolution theory" is the core part of this paper.Through interviews with teachers and students,textbook analysis,curriculum standard analysis,literature reading,and semi-open questionnaire survey,students' existing myths were collected to form the concept scale of "modern biological evolution theory"-a.The items with problems were modified repeatedly to form the concept scale "modern biological evolution theory"-b,and the students were tested and investigated.Thirdly,Rasch model was used to analyze the concept scale-b in the aspects of one dimension,local independence,reliability and difficulty,so as to determine the scientific and reasonable data of the concept scale,so as to detect students' myth concept.Fourth,the multiple response crosstab in SPSS software was used to analyze the accuracy rate of test questions and the ownership rate of myth concepts.1)among the three core concepts,the highest test accuracy is "biological evolution theory"(46.4%),followed by "Darwin's theory of natural selection"(30.5%),and the lowest is "lamarckian theory"(26.4%).2)The 16 myths of "modern biological evolution theory" were selected to provide some reference value for teachers' teaching and students' learning.Fifth,from the two aspects of teachers and students to give Suggestions,in order to effectively avoid the myth concept errors,help students to establish a scientific concept system...
