Since the 21st century,the concept of "student-centered" has been paid more and more attention by the education circle.In recent years,more and more new teaching modes have emerged based on this concept,among which "The PAD Class" is one of them.With its unique teaching process arrangement,it completely overturns the traditional teaching mode and is a localized and completely new teaching mode in China.Through practice,this model can effectively highlight the main role of students and promote the improvement of teaching quality.As the foundation of all subjects,mathematics plays a crucial role in students' learning and development.Mathematical concept is the foundation of mathematical knowledge,which is not only the central link of establishing theoretical system,but also the premise of improving problem solving,and the core of teaching basic mathematical knowledge and basic skills.However,in middle school,students can only learn by memorizing concepts because the concepts are highly abstract and the teaching method is simple.Based on this,this article combines the teaching mode of "The PAD Class" to study the concept teaching problems of high school mathematics,in order to solve the existing problems in the current teaching,and to provide some guidance and reference for the future research of "The PAD Class" and the implementation of classroom teaching.This article adopts the methods of literature research and case analysis,and firstly studies the operation mode,theoretical basis,comparative analysis with "Flipped Class" and the principles and status quo of high school mathematics concept teaching.Secondly,based on the current situation of concept teaching,the author gives some Suggestions and examples for the implementation of concept teaching under the mode of "The PAD Class".Finally,taking the typical concept of "function" as an example,the teaching practice of "The PAD Class" is carried out,and the specific teaching design is given,and the relevant teaching effect is analyzed and studied.The practice results show that the teaching mode of "The PAD Class" can effectively improve the teaching efficiency and realize the teaching concept of "student-centered".
