The key to education reform is curriculum reform.The key to curriculum reform is classroom teaching.The key to classroom teaching is teacher professional development.The teacher's professional development will improve the classroom teaching,the possibility of implementing effective teaching,and the teaching process will have the opportunity to move towards optimization.At present,there are many phenomena such as "three nos,seven nos","no intensity,no confrontation,no competition",and students "can't sports,don't love sports,don't participate in sports",etc."Walk through",one-way information transmission,low enthusiasm for teacher participation,poor teaching and research effects,and many other drawbacks are completely unsuitable for the new era and the new round of curriculum reform goals that focus on the development of students' core literacy.As a new teaching and research model,"same class heterogeneity" is widely used in high-quality class competitions in various disciplines,teacher training,and teaching research.It can promote the overall development of students and is more conducive to the improvement of teachers' professional abilities.This study adopted the literature data method,comparative research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,video analysis method,mathematical statistics method,and took all the teachers of the physical education group of Hefei No.1 Middle School in Anhui Province as the research object.The specialty and elective projects of teachers in this group carry out "same class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities.The implementation of teaching and research activities is divided into seven links.The teaching practice link adopts a comparative research method.The leader of the teaching and research team selects2-3 teachers with the same specialty and the selected teaching items to organize classroom teaching.The pre-class teaching design,classroom teaching effect,class Comparison of post-teaching reflection and other aspects,analyze their effects in the same class heterogeneity,in the "same set" teaching content,"same set" teaching goals,"same look" teaching effects,etc.;in the "different" teaching mode,"Differentdesign" teaching methods and "different creation" teaching methods are different.Try to analyze the advantages,disadvantages and worth learning of the same teaching content of the same specialty teacher.In order to study the effectiveness of the "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research model in high school physical education classroom teaching,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the effect of the "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities among 17 teachers in the Hefei No.1 Middle School PE teaching and research group.In order to be able to fully understand the teachers' experience of the "same class heterogeneous" teaching and research methods,the interview method was used to interview 4 teachers who were born in different years.Experimental results:1.From the teaching design of the "same class heterogeneous" individual lesson preparation and the second-degree instructional design score test of the collective lesson preparation,it was found that: Football "Heading Head" P=0.000,Volleyball "Heading Two Hands Pad" P=0.000,Badminton "Forehand High Ball" P=0.000,Tennis "Forehand Hit" P=0.000,Table Tennis "Push Block" P=0.001,Basketball "Hands Passing Chest" P=0.002,Wushu "Junior Boxing" P=0.007,track and field“relay running “down-pressing” transfer stick” P=0.037;P is less than 0.05,and there are significant differences.2.The statistical results of the teaching effect of the "heterogeneous in the same class" organization's classroom teaching found that the two soccer specialty teachers had the largest score difference in the classroom organization link,the difference between the two was 20 points,followed by the volleyball class by 10 points,and the martial arts class by 6 The difference is 5 points for table tennis and track and field,3points for basketball and tennis,and 2 points for badminton.3.From the result of the percentage difference of the density test results of the physical education class in the "same class heterogeneous" organization classroom teaching: the difference between the two teachers of the same specialty appears in the teacher instruction density,student practice density,and organization measures density.Conclusion:1.In the teaching design of the "same class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities,basketball "hands on the chest",football "jumping to the head",volleyball "frontal two-handed ball",badminton "forehand high ball",The table tennis "push block",tennis "forehand hit",track and field "relay running "downward"pass the baton",martial arts "junior boxing" after the collective lesson teaching design score was significantly higher than the "same class The score of the teaching design of individual lesson preparation in heterogeneous teaching and research activities.2.Two teachers with the same specialty organized the teaching process in the "same class heterogeneity",the teaching effect obtained by the two teachers was different,and the reason was found to be related to the teacher's teaching experience,teaching methods,teaching style,teaching mode and other factors related.3.After the end of the "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities,a survey of teachers in the sports group found that the "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research model can improve teachers' ability to reflect on classroom teaching,improve teachers' classroom quality,Ability to promote teachers' professional ability and other aspects have a great role in promoting.4.After the end of the "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities,interviews with teachers born in different ages in the physical education group found that teachers in the 1960 s were experienced in teaching but experienced a sense of job burnout,and innovations in teachers born in the 1970 s and 1980 s Compared with the study consciousness,teachers born in the 1990 s have insufficient teaching experience and are in a situation of quick success.Advice:As a new teaching and research model,"same class heterogeneity" is widely used in various disciplines.Each discipline has its own disciplinary characteristics,and it cannot fully replicate the "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research model of other disciplines in the sports discipline.The "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research model studied in this article is limited to within the school.It isrecommended to carry out "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities between schools in the same city,and carry out "same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities in different school segments.In this study,"same-class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities are relatively time-consuming and require a large amount of work.It is recommended that computer information technology be used in teaching and research activities.I hope that in the future research process,each teaching and research activity can be quickly and efficiently identified Problems in teachers' teaching practice.Some provinces have implemented new college entrance examination reforms,and physical education has implemented optional teaching.It is recommended that such activities can be carried out in the future to implement the "go out,please come in" strategy to carry out "same class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities.
