On January 16,2018,the ministry of education officially issued the history curriculum standards for ordinary high schools(2017 edition).Compared with the 2003 edition of the curriculum standards for history of ordinary high schools(experimental draft),the new curriculum standards have changed significantly,among which the most important and prominent concept is the core quality of the history discipline,including the concept of time and space,historical interpretation,historical materialism,empirical evidence of historical materials,and the feelings of the family and the country.The promulgation of the new curriculum standards means that all the links related to teaching should be changed accordingly.In each link,the paper system plays a crucial role.Because of its functions of "diagnosis" and "motivation",such as the college entrance examination,it is a practical baton that can lead the teaching and force the teaching reform.In recent years,more and more history examination questions have penetrated into the core literacy,many teachers in the teaching line also found this problem,and constantly adjust their teaching.However,before the promulgation of the new curriculum standard,although there are more core qualities in the history examination questions,their quality and quantity are still limited.In this case,the author wants to provide a practical way for the implementation of the core literacy by studying the system of the history examination paper,that is,starting from the beginning,and through the system of the test paper,under the background of the new curriculum standard has been issued.To be specific,we can improve the system of senior high school history examination papers from the school,teachers and students,so as to implement the five core qualities of history.First school life evaluation system,can improve the high school history paper improved on test system of incentive and supervision function,second can increase spending on discipline resources,actively for school-based resources construction,the third is stepping up its foreign study,adhere to the combination,and to the fourth is to strengthen the construction of school psychological consulting room,to do a good job of students' psychological counseling.Teachers can strengthen the reading of history,improve the quality of history,and accumulate materials for the paper.Change the concept,fully understand the function of the test paper system;Strengthen study,reduce proposition error.Students can actively cooperate with the school and teachers to change their learning concept;Effective use of network resources,active learning,internalized literacy;Take the initiative to participate in the evaluation of the test schedule.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part describes the relationship between the historical examination paper system and the historical discipline literacy.The second part is based on the cultivation of the core literacy of senior high school history test paper order system,including the existing problems of senior high school history test paper ordersystem and the current situation of senior high school history test paper order system based on the cultivation of core literacy,and explains the reasons for the existing problems and the current situation.The third part is based on the core quality of the senior high school history test paper order system strategy research,including the function,principle,procedure and evaluation standard of the senior high school history test paper order system,based on the cultivation of core quality of the senior high school history test paper order system strategy.The fourth part is based on the cultivation of core literacy of high school history test paper system cases.The last part is a summary.
