Study On The Social Integration Of Migratory Birds In Hainan:Aperspective Of Social Capital

Since the establishment of the Hainan Provincial Office Special Economic Zone and the Hainan International Tourism Island as a national strategy,Hainan has achieved remarkable development in all aspects of economy,politics and culture.As a famous tourist city in Hainan,Sanya,because of its unique natural conditions-the winter is as warm as spring,attracting a large number of "migratory bird population" who come to live temporarily in winter.While promoting Sanya's economic development,it also brings problems that cannot be ignored for Sanya's social integration.This article takes the two most prominent issues in Sanya's social integration:“Migrant Bird Groups” and local residents as the subjects of the survey.It first analyzes the current status of social integration between Sanya's “Migrant Bird Groups” and local residents.According to data from social surveys,the phenomenon of social integration in Sanya In-depth analysis of the essence of social integration in Sanya.Through Python data capture,the influencing factors of the social integration of Sanya's "migratory bird groups" and local residents are analyzed,the dilemma faced by Sanya's social integration is studied,and finally the solutions and suggestions are proposed for the Sanya's social integration.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the current status of the relationship between Sanya migratory bird groups and local residents,the author first conducted a study and analysis of the literature on social integration and social capital at home and abroad.In-depth analysis of the origin of Sanya's existing social relations and the solution to its difficulties.Secondly,under the current literature analysis of social capital promoting social integration,the Sanya migratory bird groups and local residents measured and analyzed the social capital stock of each other.After related research,it is found that the lack of social capital is the problem that causes the social incompatibility between Sanya's "migratory bird groups" and local residents.The main reason is that the government lacks policy support in governance and the limitations of the capacity and resources of communities and social organizations to carry out such work,which makes it difficult for the social capital accumulation and operation of the “migratory bird group” and local residents.This article recommends the promotion and guidance of government policies to enhance the social capital of both parties,promote the establishment of social interaction networks and mutually beneficial norms on both sides,enhance the trust of both parties to each other,and increase the government's investment in this issue and the effectiveness ofcommunities and social organizations.Governance.Promoting the social integration of "migratory bird groups" with local residents is conducive to the social harmony of Sanya and Hainan and the promotion of economic development.
