The main purpose of this study is to make all the junior high schools in Jishou city to correctly and scientifically select the teaching contents of physical education classes,to discuss the ethnic factors into the current situation of physical education classes,and to improve the physical education and health classes under the new situation.In fact,this article explores the age-old question of "what to teach?" The problem.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the problems related to the choice of teaching contents in the physical education classes of Jishou city junior high school,and draws the following conclusions:1.The PE teachers are experienced,most of them are male teachers.They have a certain understanding of the new curriculum standard,but they don’t have a deep understanding.Most of the PE teachers’ special subjects are track and field,football and basketball.Most of the physical education teachers have low enthusiasm for teacher training and scientific research.2,student sports classroom learning target diversification,the biggest influence on students’ class of correlation factor is the content and physical examination,more than half of all students can complete the sports classroom learning task,however,the sports classroom teaching content choice less consider the students’ interests,students less motor skills to use what they have learned in class;Most students expect regional sports features to enter the classroom.3.The school pays little attention to the selection of teaching content in physical education class,and does not develop school-based teaching materials for physical education and health;The content of the physical education classroom teaching plan of the school academic year is reasonable,but the actual teaching content of the professor is not consistent with the content of the plan.The vigorous implementation of the high school physical education examination has promoted the development of campus football,has certain exercise value,and has also promoted the position of physical education teaching in school education to some extent.4.The selection of physical education classroom teaching content conforms to the actual teaching conditions of the school,and has a high correlation with the objectives of most physical education courses,but a low correlation with healtheducation content and local physical education characteristics;Physical education classroom teaching content has certain significance to the physical and mental development of students,but does not promote the development of students from a comprehensive perspective.5.The selection of teaching content in physical education class is influenced by student factors,teacher factors,teaching principle factors,objective factors and secondary school examination factors.It is mainly influenced by the content of secondary school physical education examination.In view of the above problems,the following Suggestions are put forward:1,the school should consider the proportion of physical education teachers in the expansion of the physical education teachers;Organize physical education teachers to study the new curriculum standard regularly,deepen the understanding of the main points of the new curriculum standard,and make the choice of the teaching content of physical education class present diversification and modernization;Actively encourage physical education teachers to participate in the training and scientific research related to various physical education courses,so as to improve the professional quality of physical education teachers.2.The classroom teaching content of physical education should be combined with students’ interests in sports,sports needs,sports practicability,health education content,school sports culture development needs,regional sports characteristics,and social sports development needs,so as to promote the overall development of students.3.The school should pay more attention to the selection of teaching content in physical education class;Seek truth from facts,flexible formulation of school year physical education classroom teaching plan content.4.Organize specialized personnel to write and formulate school-based sports and health courses,actively introduce local sports characteristics and emerging sports elements,transform them,and regularly revise them,so as to inherit the regional sports culture and keep pace with The Times.5,sports classroom teaching content selection should consider the influence degree of various factors affecting the comprehensive,correct understanding of the purpose of physical examination and the goal,the choice can be divided into students,physical education teachers,school,district(county),education and sports bureau,the city(province)education and sports bureau five parts,give teachers and students must bean option;The corresponding measures should be taken to dilute the influence of physical education examination on the selection of physical education classroom teaching contents,and the guiding function of physical education examination on physical education classroom teaching contents should be rationally used to realize the balanced selection of contents.
