| With the increasingly fierce competition in the global knowledge economy and the requirements of building a harmonious society and implementing the education development strategy in China, education equalization has become the focus of attention of all levels of government, scholars and the public. In this paper, the spatial network analysis method is used to study the balance between the allocation of basic education resources and the spatial distribution of schools. Therefore, this paper focuses on the quantitative evaluation of the allocation of basic education resources and the construction of the new campus model.Based on the balanced development of regional basic education, this paper studies the resource allocation and spatial distribution of school basic education. From the perspective of the existing allocation of basic education resources, this paper selects three special education resource allocation indicators, namely human, material and financial resources, and uses entropy weight method to determine the weight of the indicators,to explore the current situation of the allocation of basic education resources in China and the main difficulties faced by it;on the spatial level, taking Daxing District of Beijing as an example,it conducts a vertical in-depth study, from two aspects of education opportunities and education facilities balance,To explore the current situation of spatial distribution of basic education resources and the main challenges. Finally, according to the problems found,we try to find out the effective countermeasures and ways to promote the fair development of basic education. The final conclusion is as follows:(1)The coverage and accessibility of basic education resources in the central urban area of Beijing are better than those in the outer ring urban area. The lack of balance in the spatial distribution of basic education resources hinders the fair development of basic education.(2)Using GIS technology to divide school districts can improve the fairness of basic education resources utilization, which is an effective way to promote the balance of basic education resources allocation.(3)The relevant departments of the state and the local government should formulate targeted strategies according to the characteristics and problems of the allocation of basic education resources in each region;the local government and the relevant departments of education should pay attention to the overall layout when planning the basic education resources, and take effective ways to optimize the spatial layout of the basic education resources in time. |
