Biology is an important course in high school.However,students' general contempt for biology course leads to more problems in biology classroom management in high school,and the teaching effect is seriously affected.Therefore,it is urgent to study biology classroom management in high school.In this study,literature research,case study,investigation and other forms are used to summarize the theories of classroom management at home and abroad,clarify the methods and significance of the study,and define the concepts of classroom management and biology classroom management in senior high school.In this paper,the teachers and students of M senior high school are selected as the research object,and the valid questionnaires and interview records are sorted out and the results are analyzed.it is found that the problems existing in the classroom management of biology classroom are as follows: the backwardness of classroom organization and management,the unilateral management of learning process,and the lack of discipline and behavior management in biology experiment teaching.The reasons are that the management concept of teachers in classroom organization and management is old,the management methods are notscientific and the relationship between teachers and students has become management obstacles;in the learning process management,it is difficult for teachers to change the main body of classroom management and students lack biological literacy and self-learning management ability;in the management of biological experiment discipline behavior,teachers lack the skills of experimental classroom management,the basis of students' experiment is weak,and the operation ability is poor.Combined with the practical experience of classroom management,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,such as improving the art of classroom organization and management,strengthening the management of learning process in an all-round way,strengthening the management of discipline and behavior in experimental teaching,and so on.The research of biology classroom management in senior high school covers the discipline management of experimental class,which is comprehensive and practical.In the future,the attention to the classroom management of biology will continue to improve,the research direction will be gradually refined,the proposed strategies will be more and more targeted biology teaching,and more results will be applied to the practice of biology teaching in senior high school.
