Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Sun Sports Human Resources Base Of Traditional Sports Project School In Wenzhou

The Sports traditional project school sun sports human resources base is a major move to strengthen the combination of sports and education and facilitate the building of a team of backup athletes in Zhejiang province under the new circumstances.In the city of Wenzhou,one of the provincial-level “strong sport cities”,mass sports,the sports industry and competitive sports flourish,and the city has set up a personnel training system based on the municipal-level Bases,social forces and family joint training for training for backup adolescent athletes.The Base,as an important grass-roots center which trains backup athletes in Wenzhou,attaches importance to the development of grass-roots center and plays a vital role in sustainable development of adolescent extracurricular training of the city.This article employs methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey and fieldwork to conduct an in-depth investigation and study of the current implementation of ten Bases in Wenzhou,dissects their existing problems,and proposes the countermeasures.The main conclusions of this study:(1)There are regional differences in the layout of sunshine sports human resources base of traditional sports project school in Wenzhou,the number of primary schools is more than that of middle schools,and most of the layout projects can effectively link up with middle schools.(2)Most schools are directly responsible for the management of sports teams by school leaders,training goal formulation is reasonable,the operation mode is gradually developed from the independent operation of traditional schools to the direction of combining with the superior resources such as sports schools,colleges and universities,clubs and other advantage resources in the direction of development,but there are still some schools related a management methods and regulations is not perfect,some competent departments supervision and inspection is not in place.(3)The base is well equipped with teachers,most of the coaches have a bachelor's degree,and the training attitudeis relatively positive.However,the overall number of coaches is small,the awareness of scientific research is weak and High-level full-time coaches are relatively scarce.(4)Most student athletes have a clear motivation to participate,keep their academic performance above the middle level and have a positive attitude towards the training.They have a high level of support from their parents,but they have low levels of exercise and short years of participation.(5)Sports facilities can basically meet the needs of teaching and training,the funds mainly rely on the administrative allocation of sports and education departments,the funds are relatively sufficient,but the source of funds are relatively single and lack of multi-channel investment.(6)The school training time and the frequency is quite sufficient,can use the holiday to organize the centralized training,the school competition performance is good,mainly in provincial and municipal games,the talented person transfers to the superior school and the sports school at all levels primarily,has certain demonstration,the leading role to other schools,but still has the competition opportunity to be few,the competition type is small,the competition expense is insufficient predicament.Based on the conclusion,propose the following suggestions:(1)Sports and education departments should pay more attention to the training of reserve talents in the base,improve various rules and regulations,and conduct strict investigation and evaluation,adopt active and effective policies to attract and hire highly educated and high-level talents to teach and train in schools,and at the same time strengthen the emphasis on the continuing education and training of coaches.(2)School leaders,teachers,coaches and parents of various cultural courses should strengthen humanistic care,care and support students to participate in sports activities,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' cultural achievements and sports motivation.(3)strengthen the attention of all sectors of society to the base,attract investment,and broaden the source of funds channels.(4)To organize competitions in traditional sports at different levels,to create a suitable number of competition opportunities,to increase the number of student athletes,and to meet the needs of children and adolescents at all ages.
