Social Work Intervention Of Juvenile Deviant Behavior Correction

With the problem of left-behind children and floating children and the problem of juvenile delinquency,the problem of juvenile deviant behavior is becoming more and more prominent,which has attracted great attention of the general public,and has also become a front line of academic youth research.It has formed a situation of multi-disciplinary intervention in education,psychology,sociology and justice.The theoretical improvement of social work involved in the practice of juvenile deviant behavior is relatively small.This paper takes a street in Guangzhou as the service and research field to carry out the research on the practical orientation of social work intervention of urban teenagers’ deviant behavior correction.The research of this project mainly uses questionnaire survey,participation observation,in-depth interview and other methods to collect relevant data to analyze the problems of teenagers with deviant behavior and the causes of deviant behavior.On this basis,according to its actual situation to formulate professional working methods,to provide intervention services for juvenile deviation behavior correction.In the process of intervention,taking into account the physical and psychological characteristics of the youth group,according to the characteristics of the youth deviant behavior and the advantages and strengths of the youth,personal growth background and environment and other factors,social workers give them individual counseling or group counseling to help them correct deviant behavior,and obtain long-term development.Because it is basically therapeutic service,it needs to solve the problem in depth and focus on deviant behavior highly,so in social service we mainly focus on the intervention of case social work to carry out targeted individualized correction work;at the same time,group treatment has always been an important means to correct deviant behavior,which can be used as an effective supplement to the service method of juvenile deviant behavior correction.This paper also shows the intervention techniques and strategies in the practice of juvenile deviant behavior correction: first,by focusing on the wrong beliefs of the victim,intervening through rational emotional therapy,shaking the wrong beliefs of deviant teenagers,analyzing their own false beliefs and correct beliefs,inspiring deviant teenagers to replace irrational beliefs with rational beliefs,and being able to correctly face and deal with their emotions,and improving the ability of deviant teenagers to solve problems with rational concepts.The second is to focus on the badcommunication mode of the victim,strengthen the communication between children and parents through the intervention of the family,understand the problems existing between each other,correct the wrong ideas in their communication,and master the harmony rational communication skills and methods,and learn to look at each other with an advantage perspective.Third,focus on the students with learning difficulties"service intervention,explore the advantages of such groups,strengthen their social support network,so that their healthy and happy growth.The fourth is to teach teenagers how to release and relieve stress through group work,and to guide teenagers’ interpersonal communication,growing confusion and annoyance.Finally,the social workers used the materials collected by the participatory observation,the social workers’ meeting records with the young people with behavioral bias,and combined with the feedback from the teachers,classmates and parents of the clients to evaluate the service process and effect.The evaluation shows that the social work service of juvenile deviant behavior correction has basically reached the set goal,the effect of deviant behavior correction is obvious,the parent-child relationship of deviant behavior adolescents has been improved to a certain extent,they have learned the methods of relieving stress and normal social interaction,and their cognition has changed positively,and all kinds of deviant behavior have been greatly corrected.However,due to subjective and objective factors,There are still some limitations in the service of this project,which is mainly reflected in the limited ability of social workers,which affects the quality of service,the lack of collaborative intervention of interdisciplinary service teams,and the lack of full guarantee of service effect in the medium and long term.Measures and approaches to address these issues include upgrading the substantive capacity of social workers through systematic training and various forms of supervision,implementing sustainable service programmes,linking specialized human resources and integrating social work methods.
