Deep learning is based on understanding,through which Learners can learn new ideas and facts through critical learning and integrate them into the original cognitive structure.They can connect many ideas,and transfer existing knowledge into new situations,thereby making decisions and solving problems.The core meaning of this concept is guiding students to process and apply what they have learned,on the basis of active learning and deep understanding.This is a high level learning concept in active cognitive processing of knowledge.By starting with the characteristics of deep learning and combining the characteristics of the chemistry subject,this study put forward the teaching strategy of deep learning and designed the case to practice.Through this study,the students' interest in learning chemistry will be enhanced.The students' chemistry literacy will be cultivated,and the teachers'attention to deep learning teaching in this area will be promoted.In the early stage of this study,the literature research method was used to review and collate the literature on deep learning research.It was found that the concept of deep learning is consistent with the content of core literacy.It can respond to the challenges brought by the development of information technology.The effective ways for the implementation of core literacy in chemistry be found.After analyzing and clarifying the concepts of deep learning,situational cognition and the theory of "proximal development area",they supporsed the research of deep learning in this subject.This paper put forward the design elements of deep learning teaching with the subject core knowledge.Such as the teaching content,the implementation of the core accomplishment of the subject,the teaching goal,the situational and problem-driven teaching mode,and the characteristics of deep learning as the teaching strategy.It focuses on the application of five teaching strategies in chemistry teaching,which are transformed from five characteristics of deep learning,such as association and structure,activity and experience,essence and variation,transfer and application,value and evaluation.Based on the knowledge of "metals and their compounds" in the chemistry compulsory course I of PEP,four teaching cases of "exploring the chemical properties of metals "," exploring the properties of important compounds of sodium","exploring the properties of important compounds of aluminum" and "exploring the properties of important compounds of iron" were designed.They were carried out in a Middle School of Yinchuan City.Through observation and the collecting students' self-assessment scales,statistical analysis was carried out to summarize the practical effects and the practice process insufficiency.The following conclusions were obtained:it is necessary and valuable to carry out the research of the deep learning teaching in chemistry;The problems based on real situation in chemistry teaching were created,it is positive and effective to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve students'ability to solve problems;the teaching strategies based on the characteristics of deep learning in chemistry were proposed.They provided a reference for teachers to better grasp deep learning in teaching;and the characteristics of deep learning.As well as using reasonable teaching strategies can help students achieve deep learning,and implement the core literacy of chemistry.
