Abstract/Summary:
With the further development of the eighth curriculum reform and the promulgation of the General Senior High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition),it is proposed that "cultivating students’ essential geography core literacy and innovating the learning way to cultivate geography core literacy ".Project-based learning is a new teaching method that can cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability.The research takes "project-based teaching mode based on geography core literacy training" as the research object,this research is helpful to carry out the goal of geography core literacy through the implementation of project-based teaching mode,thus promoting the deepening of a new round of curriculum reform.Therefore,the article will establish a set of project-based learning methods with curriculum standards as the core,pay attention to the specific links of the implementation process,realize knowledge mastery and ability enhancement in the process,cultivate students’ geographical core literacy,and promote the development of quality education.Through the literature research method,in-depth analysis and summary of domestic and foreign project-based learning research status and existing problems.In view of these problems,we try to explore,first construct the theoretical model,then design and implement the teaching case on its guidance;through the questionnaire survey and comparative analysis method,investigate the experimental group before and after the implementation of project-based learning on the change of teaching methods and learning behavior,investigate the control group’s views and feelings on traditional teaching.First,we analyze the changes before and after the implementation of project-based learning in the experimental group,and then analyze the changes of different teaching methods and the differences of achievement between the experimental group and the control group from the horizontal contrast.Finally,it summarizes the application effect and problems of project-based learning and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.Through the research,we found that: through the project-based learning,students’ interest in learning,enthusiasm,learning attitude,class participation,teachers and students to communicate with students,attitude towards problems,find problems,analysis and problem-solving,higher-level cognition,multiple practices,improve performance and other aspects of significant improvement,The results are as follows:1.Project-based learning is conducive to the creation of high school geographic project-based learning community;2.It is conducive to the personalizedgeneration and rich experience of students;3.It is conducive to promotion Deep learning and improve learning achievements;4.Conducive to the cultivation of geographic core literacy and common literacy;5.Project-based learning makes students and teachers face multiple challenges.This effectively implements quality education and demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of project-based learning in geography teaching in high schools.At the same time,there are also some difficulties in project design,less attractive project design,limited time for refined design,and lagging teaching concepts and concepts,High school geography lesson tensions,challenges to teachers and students,insufficient support from external resources,etc,and proposed corresponding improvement measures:1.Fully understand the students’ learning situation and move from one side to the other;2.Carefully design the driving problems to enhance the attraction of the project;3.Set up the project design team to promote the teaching community;4.Keep up with the pace of the new curriculum reform and change the educational and teaching concepts;5.Reconstruct the geography curriculum under the same time;6.Train teachers and students online and offline to deal with the project challenges calmly;7.Increase external support to promote the implementation of the project teaching.The research of project-based learning in senior high school geography can enrich the research of core literacy and the practical research of project-based learning in order to promote the development of geography education and teaching in China.
