The standard of "double first-class" comes from the world famous universities.Therefore,in order to promote the development of the strategy of building "double first-class" universities in Our country,we must be the first to learn from others.For this reason,various organizations actively promote the development of China's study abroad.Among them,the program sends a large number of outstanding young backbone teachers from universities and colleges to study in first-class universities and institutions abroad.The program cultivates many academic leaders who reach the world-class level,which effectively promotes the construction of first-class teachers and the development of disciplines and professions.To explore visiting young backbone teachers in colleges and universities,the impact of academic productivity,this study will comb through the quantitative research and policy text to explore in the law,in order to help prepare for visiting universities youth backbone teachers'understanding of their own capabilities and needs to make an objective,at the same time be able to universities and institutions provide reference to perfect the relevant policy of visiting.This article first summarizes the policy overview of studying abroad since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the policy overview of young key teachers' overseas training programs,and Practice survey of three double-class universities.Then finds that:first,the related policies have promoted the selection and dispatch of dispatched personnel to gradually become standardized and systematic;Incentive and guarantee policies stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for visiting schools.The competition for visiting schools is becoming more intense and dispatched personnel are better.Third,policy formulation is in line with national development needs,and universities are adjusted and urged to give priority to nationally needed professionals.Fourth,but with With the continuous expansion of the scale of college teachers,the scope of the number of assigned places has decreased;fifth,the lack of a relevant system for the management of dispatched personnel during the school visit;sixth,for the assessment of the personnel after returning to the country,the base committee requires the unit where the personnel are dispatched The assessment was carried out according to the study abroad plan,but no relevant standards were set.Although some colleges and universities have assessed the returning teachers,they are mostly in the form.Then,using quantitative research methods and SPSS analysis software to conduct empirical research on the differences in academic productivity of teachers before and after visiting the school through descriptive statistical analysis,paired pair sample analysis,and single factor analysis.The study found that:The professional title and age at that time have a greater impact on the academic productivity of college teachers,while the number of visits has a smaller impact.Specific performance:(1)the academic productivity of young backbone teachers in universities and colleges has been significantly improved after the visit(2)teachers of science and technology and teachers of humanities and social science have been promoted to different degrees,and the degree of improvement of teachers of science and technology is higher than that of teachers of humanities and social science(3)the biggest improvement of science and technology teachers and humanities and social science teachers is the average annual number of achievements and projects respectively(4)male teachers and female teachers have different degrees of improvement,and the degree of improvement of male teachers is higher than that of female teachers(5)the greatest improvement of male and female teachers is the number of annual achievements(6)further research on academic productivity based on individual characteristics and study visits found that there were significant differences in study visits between groups due to differences in discipline,gender,professional title at that time,age at that time and times of study visits.In general,this study found that in the current visit-related policies and practices,the number of dispatched students gradually decreased.The duration of study visit is unitary;The concentration of visiting countries;Imperfect management and assessment standards;The academic age of some dispatched teachers is insufficient;Failure to implement the strategy of prioritizing the development of disciplines;There are some problems such as the lack of motivation and the obvious decrease in academic output of university teachers when they return to China after visiting.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward Suggestions from the following aspects:first,at the national level,we need to increase the number of candidates,broaden the channels of candidates,and strictly regulate the management;Adjust the length of visiting time according to the research plan;We will strengthen the guidance of the selection and dispatch work and raise the level of personnel selected.Second,at the university level,it is necessary to select the dispatched personnel based on the development potential.To adjust and dispatch personnel according to the needs of the state,universities and individuals;Adjusting the management mechanism to ensure the realization of the benefit of visiting students;Thirdly,correct the motivation of visiting students at the personal level,and make a reasonable research plan;With the help of the university development platform,actively participate in the project research.
