Functional training originated in the field of sports rehabilitation in the 1970s and has been gradually applied to the field of competitive sports.Based on the concept of functional training,this paper developed relevant training methods and methods.Through the empirical study of 12-week random grouping training,it analyzed the functional movement scores of basketball students,including FMS and four technical movements:shooting,half-court dribble and layup,full-court catch and layup,and hexagon movement.This paper discusses the influence mechanism of functional training and traditional training methods on FMS and four technical movements of basketball students.Research results:1.The FMS results of basketball students were tested,and the results before and after the experimental group were analyzed with a confidence interval of 95%.Among them,there were extremely significant differences in hurdle rack,straight lunging,active straight knee lift and trunk rotation stability P<0.01,and the mean value increased by 0.75,1.19,0.75,and 1.17 respectively after the experiment.In the control group,there were no significant differences in squats,hurdlebars,straight lunges,and active knee straightening.The mean increase after the experiment was 0.08,0.25,0.5,and 0,respectively.2.In the experimental group,the average number of shots made before and after the experiment was 4,6.58.The average number of shots made before and after the threepoint shot experiment was 2,3.3.In the control group,the average number of two-point attempts before and after the experiment was 4,5.3,1.83 and 2.75 respectively.3.The average score of the round trip dribble of the experimental group in the second half of the experiment was 36.25 standard deviation and 1.83,with an average increase of 18.9%.In the control group,the average round-trip layup in the second half of the trial was 39.63,the standard deviation was 2.87,and the gain was 7.1%.Independent sample T test was conducted on the results of the two groups.P<0.05 showed a significant difference between the two groups.4.The mean score and standard deviation after the comprehensive passing and catching experiment of the experimental group were 28.46,2.34,respectively,and the mean score of the experimental group increased by 2.9 seconds.The mean score and standard deviation of the control group after the experiment were 30.27 and 2.75,respectively.The mean score of the control group increased by 1.22 seconds,with a significant difference of P<0.05.5.The average values of the experimental group before and after the hexagon shift experiment were 20.9 seconds and 17.75 seconds,respectively,and the average increase before and after the experiment was 3.15 seconds,with a significant difference of P<0.01.The mean values of the control group before and after the experiment were 20.47 and 19.97 seconds,respectively,and the average increase before and after the experiment was 0.5 seconds,with a significant difference of P<0.05.Conclusions:1.Through testing the functional functions of the body movements of basketball students,it was found that the flexibility of ankle,hip and thoracic joint was poor,and there were obvious defects in the symmetry of lower limb strength and stability.Core stability and anti-rotation ability are poor.Functional training can significantly improve the flexibility of ankle,knee and thoracic vertebra joints,and the stability of knee,core and shoulder joints,so as to improve the body's ability to resist rotation under unstable environment.In the experimental group,the hurdle rack,the straight lunge walk,the active straight knee lift leg,the trunk rotation stable increase range is the largest.There was no significant difference in the performance of the control group in squats,hurdles,lunges and active knee lifts.2.Under the same external and internal environment,compared with traditional training,functional training can improve the functionality of each part of the body in shooting technique,improve the stability and quality of shooting technique,and improve the shooting percentage.3.Compared with the traditional training,the functional training can improve the stability of basketball students' dribbling,improve the accuracy of passing and catching the ball,and improve the ability to control the body in the layup.4.Compared with traditional training,functional training is more close to the characteristics of basketball special technical movement.Functional training method can increase the flexibility of the ankle and hip,the stability of the knee joint,and speed up the performance of multi-direction acceleration,deceleration and braking.5.Functional training can improve the flexibility and flexibility of students' body movement skills,improve the stability of knee joint and core anti-rotation,prevent injuries in sports training,and lay a good foundation for developing competitive ability and enriching functional training methods.Advice:1.In the future basketball skills training,the functional training can be applied to the players with physical functional defects according to the actual situation and to strengthen the quality of basketball specific technical movements.2.Through the research on the four basic skills of basketball students,it is suggested that functional training methods should be reasonably included in basketball skills training based on specific technical characteristics.3.For basketball students,this study only applies the body function training methods commonly used in competitive sports to basketball specific techniques to analyze the effect of functional training.In view of the characteristics of college students and the characteristics of basketball players' training,it is necessary to further improve the methods and evaluation system of functional training from micro-aspects such as biomechanics and electromyography.4.This study only USES basketball students as the object of study,and it is suggested that future researchers should conduct further studies on athletes with better performance,so as to continuously improve the functional training theory.5.In practice,functional training needs more equipment,so it requires the coach to combine the main role of each equipment,application methods,scientific configuration of training objectives,reasonable allocation of training intensity and training amount.
