Education is the foundation of a hundred year plan.The University of the new era shoulders the important mission of personnel training and serving the society and the country.It is an important task given by the era to cultivate the builders and successors needed by the party and the country by insisting on "cultivating morality and cultivating people" as the central link.In order to complete the important tasks assigned by the party and the state in the new era,colleges and universities must be based on the ideological and political education work in the new era,focus on the construction of a "big ideological and political" pattern,mobilize all forces,integrate all resources,run the ideological and political education work through the whole process of education and teaching,and strive to achieve a full,full and all-round education situation.By constantly exploring the realization path of "three full-education" in Colleges and universities in the new era,we will continue to promote the development of higher education in China.This paper is divided into three parts.In the first part,the author analyzes the connotation of "three full education" in Colleges and universities in the new era through the research of literature,and expounds its theoretical basis specifically,that is,Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,theory of coordination and control of Ideological and political education and system theory.At the same time,it explores the significance of "three full education" for colleges and universities to carry out the task of "Building Morality and cultivating people",strengthen the weak links of Ideological and political education,and enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.The second part,combined with the reality of the implementation of the "three full education" mode in the new era,summarizes the achievements in the following three aspects: the quality of "staff" in the whole process of education is greatly improved;the scope of "process" in the whole process of education is greatly extended;and the extension of "all-round" in the whole process of education is greatly expanded.On this basis,it focuses on the analysis of many problems in the operation of "three full education" mode,including all staff,whole process and all-round education,The problems are mainly caused by the unformed integrated education team,the lack of effective connection in the whole process of education,and the lack of integrated human body system in all-round education.It shows that the three full education work in Colleges and universities in the new era needs to be improved and improved.The third part,based on the new era,analyzes the specific implementation path of "three full education" from the following three aspects: improving the integrated education team of colleges and universities,realizing the full education;building the platform of college education,realizing the full education;improving the integrated education system of colleges and universities,realizing the full education.In this way,we can improve the path of "three full education" in Colleges and universities,and improve the quality and level of education.
