Population sustainability is the basis and conditions for the sustainable development of human civilization and the core issue of social development.At this stage,our country's population fertility rate continues to decrease,and then the aging problems have intensified.Birth desire is a key factor in measuring fertility levels,it's not only reflects individual fertility needs,but also determines the country's fertility policy.The two-child policy has published in an all-round way,but the policy effect is not obviously.Therefore,the adjustment of fertility policy is very important,and the group which responds to the policy is more important.The group of college students is the main force to improve fertility.The college students' fertility concept is a key step for formulating a fertility policy.Individuals have interrelated and restrictive relationships in society,and the formation of personal fertility concepts are also affected by society and others.In this paper,the social network is further divided into strong and weak relationships,starting from the perspective of individual relationship strength,to study the influencing factors of the fertility desire of Chinese and Russian college students,and to analyze the role played by strong and weak relationships.Using qualitative research methods,conduct interviews with Chinese and Russian college students.It has been found through research that strong relationships in social networks have a significant impact on an individual's fertility desire,while weak relationships have no obviously effect.
