Idioms have profound historical connotation,comprehensive coverage,and are closely related to history.They have simple structure,wide popularity and are widely used in daily expression.Many idioms are used in the history textbooks of junior middle schools.Analyzing the idioms in the textbooks is helpful to excavate the value of idioms as curriculum resources and improve the effect and quality of history teaching in middle schools.There are four categories of idioms used in the history textbooks of junior high schools.One is declarative idioms used to illustrate historical phenomena.Idioms are used to describe historical facts.Second,descriptive idioms used to show historical features.In textbooks,these idioms are often combined with pictures or written historical data,so that students can form vivid memories of important historical figures and events.Third,allusion idioms complement the historical details.Allusion idioms usually have clear sources,this kind of idioms for teachers and students to provide many teaching materials.Fourthly,the enlightening idioms summarize the historical rules.This kind of idioms is the one with educational value selected by the editor and consistent with the core values.Idioms are an important part of history teaching content in junior middle school.To do well in the teaching of idioms will help students to understand and expand the history knowledge in textbooks,cultivate students' core qualities such as historical evidence and space-time concept,and cultivate students' correct emotions,attitudes and values.To develop the knowledge of declarative idioms,teachers should draw lessons from the research results of history and history teaching,so as to make them reasonable and interesting.For the description of the characteristics of descriptive idioms,teachers can use pictures to guide students to make targeted observation,and help students to summarize the characteristics of things with questions,so as to form distinct memories.Use of allusion idioms in class,the teacher must boldly try new teaching methods,fully develop allusions idioms as the value of historical materials,can through the analysis of the historical data analysis of allusions story preliminary training students' ability,can combine map interpretation to cultivate the students' space conception,can combine classroom practice test students on the accuracy of time memory.With regard to the inspiration of idioms,teachers may carry out character evaluation activities,guide students to use idioms to praise the noble qualities and correct decisions of historical figures,and cultivate students' ability to distinguish right from wrong and to understand gains and losses.Teachers should be bold in innovation and practice in idiom teaching,giving consideration to its scientific nature and vividness.
