Education is the future and hope of a country.Teachers play an important role in education.Teachers' professional quality is the key factor that affects the quality and level of education.The professional quality of Chinese teachers includes three aspects:professional sentiment,professional knowledge and professional ability.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the professional quality of Chinese teachers in three senior high schools in T City,it is found that there are some problems in the professional sentiment of teachers,such as: the professional ideal needs to be built,the professional sentiment needs to be improved,the professional orientation needs to be defined,and the self-worth needs to be confirmed;and there are some problems in the professional knowledge The knowledge of literature is not systematic,the theoretical basis of education is not solid,and the knowledge related to Chinese is not widely understood.In terms of professional ability,there are problems such as relatively weak ability of text interpretation,the ability of education and teaching to be improved,the ability of teaching design,the ability of teaching reflection and the ability of teaching innovation.In view of the above problems,the corresponding countermeasures should be taken,that is,teachers should be firm in professional ideal,cultivate professional sentiment,plan their career and realize their own value;in professional knowledge,they should create a good atmosphere for reading and learning,strengthen the knowledge of Chinese subject,pay attention to the learning and updating of educational theory,expand the knowledge related to Chinese subject and create a good one In terms of professional ability,we should improve the ability of text interpretation,education and teaching,teaching design,teaching reflection and teaching innovation.All levels of education departments and schools should attach great importance to improving the professional quality of teachers,carry out systematic and planned teacher training,regularly organize teaching competitions,and further improve the teacher evaluation system.
