With the advancement of education reform,the training of students is no longer only focused on the training of knowledge and skills,but gradually goes deep into the development and promotion of thinking.Imagination,as the most active factor in creative ability,has been paid more and more attention in teaching.How to cultivate students' imagination in Chinese reading teaching has become particulatly important.In contrast to the current situation of prose reading teaching in senior high school,some teachers pursue knowledge-based and skill-based teaching and lack the consciousness of cultivating students' imagination.There are still some problems in teaching practice: Students fail to transform the text image into aesthetic image,which leads to the relatively weak accumulation of imagination foundation;Teachers fail to mobilize students' imagination interest,which leads to the relative lack of imagination initiative;Teachers fail to grasp the characteristics of prose to activate aesthetic emotion,which leads to the relative lack of imagination personality.Based on the above questions,guided by Sartre's literary imagination theory,Judith A.langer's imagination teaching theory and Liu Xie's artistic imagination theory,the paper puts forward the teaching strategies of cultivating students' imagination according to the relevant requirements of the high school Chinese curriculum standard: Firstly,accumulate the representation knowledge through observing and reading,to enrich the students' imagination foundation.Guide students to observe life,read widely and collect fresh imagination materials,and store rich image knowledge.Secondly,stimulate multiple imagination to construct Prose class and improve students' imagination initiative.Create problem situation,establish the connection between new and old knowledge to arouse students' imagination interest;Skillfully use multimedia means to create a good imagination atmosphere to extend students' imagination space;Organize multiple imagination activities and innovate multiple imagination forms to activate students' creation consciousness.The last is to tap the beauty of imagination based on the stylistic features and cultivate students' imagination personality.Starting from the characteristics of "authenticity" and "limited fiction" of prose,the students are guided to develop their creative imagination and creative imagination.Explore the "charm" of thework from multiple perspectives by reproducing the text pictureand grasping the "image" of the text;Build a broad imagination world by writing the personalized imagination and restoring the text situation.
