The 21st century is an era of knowledge-based economy.In order to adapt to the various types of talents needed by socialist modernization of China,education should cultivate diversified talents and pay attention to the development of students'personalities.With the continuous advancement of education reform and the continuous updating of education concepts,education in the new era increasingly advocates paying attention to individual differences between students.Therefore,it is more and more important to implement differentiated teaching.However,due to the influence of various educational thoughts,the traditional "one size fits all" and"thousands of people" school teaching methods and evaluations still exist.The development of personality is contrary to the educational requirements of the new era.In order to better train qualified talents to adapt to the social development of the new era,these traditional disadvantages of education need to be changed.Paying attention to student differences and promoting students' personalized development are also the inherent requirements of the new high school physics curriculum standard and the reform of the college entrance examination system.The knowledge of physics in senior high school is very logical,which needs the physics thoughts and methods of senior high school students.If students are not taught according to their differences,many students will not be able to keep up with their teachers.Therefore,the physics teaching based on the concept of differentiation is not only the need of implementing the new curriculum standards,but also the urgent task of optimizing and promoting physics teaching in the new era.This study is guided by the differentiated teaching concept,with literature research,survey(questionnaire,interview)and action research as the main research methods.This paper reviews the related literature and the current situation of related research at home and abroad.This paper defines the concept of differential teaching,and briefly introduces the theory of constructivism,the latest development zone theory and the target taxonomy theory,which have important guiding significance for this study.Secondly,the status quo of high school physics difference teaching is investigated and analyzed,and the main problems in high school physics difference teaching are summarized from three levels of student,teacher and school.Under such circumstances,Based on the reality of physics teaching itself,we explored the strategies of high school physics teaching under the concept of differentiation from the following seven aspects:preparation of differentiated teaching,study case guidance,classroom questioning,autonomous learning,cooperative learning,exercise training,and network environment.Then,using the platform of middle school internship,under the guidance of the tutor outside the school,using some of the differentiated teaching strategies put forward by him,he carried out certain high school physics teaching practices and provided a teaching example.Finally,this paper summarizes this research,draws several main conclusions of this study,finds out the shortcomings of this research,and looks forward to the future research work.The research of this topic can provide the corresponding thinking and reference for the high school physics teachers to implement the differential teaching.
