With the improvement of material life,the concept of health has become more and more popular,but a significant number of middle school students have affected their studyandphysicalandmentalhealthduetolackofphysicalexercise.Bytakingexercise,can adjust the mood and emotion of middle school students,and help to release the bad mood,alsocanimprovetheinterpersonalrelationshipbetweenpeople,improvethestrong will to overcome the difficulty,easy to adapt to changes in the environment.More importantly,theeffectofphysicalexerciseonmentalhealthispositive.Becausemental health is the core part of modern health concept,it is the necessary part of quality education and the first condition for middle school students to accept scientific and cultural knowledge and culture education.Education in China based on investigation data as a benchmark,in 2013-2013 school year,for the baseline,released in 2016 conclusion is grade seven and nine grade two grade group of the starting point for the survey,randomly selected from the national county units 28 as the infested,these findings is based on the population average by education level and floating population proportion variable to investigate.In 28 county units and a random sample of 112 schools,438 class investigation,baseline survey,survey of all students in the pumping about 20000 students,selected the data of seventh grade students and parents some questionnaires.By literature data method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview and questionnaire survey on Chinese education tracking filtering,sorting and analyzing the data of investigation,physical exercise from a sociological perspective on the influence factors of middle school students' mental health in our country.By chi-square test,single factor analysis of variance and linear regression analysis methods such as middle school students' physical exercise in gender,nationality,bad habits,the relationship between the parents,mother's education,father'seducation,family,differencesofcommunitytypes,resultsindicate that:1.Thepsychologicalhealthofmalestudentsisbetterthanthatoffemalestudents,and the mental health of han students is significantly better than that of the minority students.2.Highschoolstudentswhohavebadbehaviorstendtobemorepronetofluctuations,so depression,depression and other undesirable psychological phenomena are more frequent.3.often conflict between my parents,the passage of time will let the students feel fear and helpless,also will be distorted view of close relationship,to establish close relationship very negative and even fear,thus character become extreme produces mental illness.4.Parentswithhighereducationalbackgroundwilladoptthedemocraticdiscipline in education children,and the children have a dominant position and their physical and mental health will be developed.5.ordinary commercial housing district of middle school students the most significant through physical exercise to improve the mental health level,the second isthesafeguardmodelcommunities,thevillagechangedorvillagehousetomerge,senior residential area of the middle school students improve the least.6.The independent variable physical exercise time has the largest interpretation of the model,while reducing the explanatory power of other independent variables on the dependent variable,highlighting the strength of the interpretation of the model by physical exercise.According to the above,Regular participation in physical exercise can effectively improve the mental health of middle school students.It is suggested that the school guide middle school students to actively participate in sunshine sports and develop into their favorite sports.Theparentsandchildrenofmiddleschoolstudentsshouldstrengthencommunication and use a harmonious way to set a good example for their children,so that middle school studentscanrealizetheirparents' loveandformgoodinterpersonalhabits.Inaddition,parents should learn education psychology and other relevant knowledge,master the characteristics of the growth and development of middle school students,and apply the democratic way of education middle school students.Put an end to the bad habits in the daily life of middle school students,form a suitable psychological state,harmonious interpersonal relationship and correct way of doing things.To strengthen the communication between han students and minority students and promote the integration between han students and minority students.
