| The theoretic teaching method is the most common method of the course "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis"(hereinafter referred to as "the Basic Course").It’s the basic way for educational subject to carry out influence on the educational object,it’s also the link between the educators and the educated,and the basic means to make the educated to form a correct idea and good moral character and legal quality,study on the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course" has an important significance to realize the education goal,and to promote the university student to grow up well.The theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course" refers to the method which is used in this course,and the educators comprehensively use various teaching resources to impart knowledge and legal knowledge to the educated in a planned way,in order to promote internal metal conflicts of the educated,and help them establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Using theoretical teaching method has its practical and theoretical reasons,as colleges and universities developed fast,the educational resources of students otherwise are not synchronized with the development of colleges and universities,especially in the course of public political theory,there is a shortage of teachers and classroom resources,public classes have to be set up in class,practice is almost impossible,what makes the theoretical teaching method to become the most commonly used method of "the Basic Course".The theoretical teaching method of "the Basic Course" is an important guarantee for carrying out quality education and improving college students’ all-round development.College students are in the pursuit of progress,and they consciously take the initiative to require the progress on the ideological,moral and legal training,which provides a practical requirement for the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course".The basic rules in the process of ideological and political education refers to that,the education activities of educators should not only adapt to the ideological and moral foundation and development requirements of the educated,but also beyond the existing level of the educated,reflecting the objective requirements of social ideological and political morality.This rule decides that the educator of "the Basic Course" should convey the theoretical knowledge to the educated by the theoretic teaching method,which causes the change of the educated students’ thoughts,which provides the theoretical reason for the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course".This paper will study from five aspects:The first chapter is the basic theory of the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course",that is,the concept,principles and characteristics of the theoretic teaching method.First,define the concept of the theoretic teaching method,explain its connotation and extension,in order to avoid the concept fuzziness in the process of argumentation.Secondly,expound the three principles of the theoretic teaching method: the theoretical depth,the logical consistency,the language accuracy.At last,the paper expounds the two main characteristics of the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course" : ideological characteristics and practical characteristics.The second chapter is the relationship that should be dealt with in the course of the application of the theoretic teaching method,the great art of education is the ability to grasp the sense of propriety.So the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course" should pay attention to the five pairs of dialectical relations: vivid and serious,educate and guide,issues and conclusions,the whole and the part,in-depth and run out of,so that "the Basic Course" will have a harmonious and enjoyable,interactive scene.The third chapter is the analysis of how to use the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course" in the classroom,that is,how to use the theoretic teaching method in the following six ways to make the "basic" class full of vitality: conceptual interpretation,problem excited type,comparison discriminant,heuristic discussion,image analogy,case description.Conceptual interpretation means that through the interpretation and analysis of relevant concepts,speak clearly its connotation and extension.Problem excited type means that through targeted questions,make interaction between teachers and students,and active the classroom atmosphere,train students’ thinking.Comparison discriminant means that through the pros and cons of the two aspects of the comparison,highlight the characteristics and nature of a certain area.Heuristic discussion means that inspire students to think actively,raise questions and solve problems by knowledge points.Image analogy means that through the visual description of teaching content,explain profound theories in simple language,to make teaching content easy to understand.Case description means that through examples to speak the truth,and to activate teaching material content.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the audience acceptance of the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course".The audience of the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course" is the object of the educators of this course,also is the recipient and the receiver.For a long time,some teachers of "the Basic Course" adhere to the "instillation" point of view,the theoretic teaching method has little effect.In order to achieve a desired effect,it is necessary to study how the age factors,gender factors,knowledge structure and psychological factors influence the application of the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course",and study how they choose and receive education.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the integration of the theoretic teaching method of "the Basic Course" and other teaching methods,mainly discuss the integration of the theoretical teaching method of "the Basic Course" and other four
