Research On Legal Issues In The Cooperation Between China And Laos In Transboundary Nature Reserves

China borders Laos,and both China and Laos have taken corresponding protection measures to protect the biodiversity of the two countries.However,due to the lack of coordination between China and Laos in terms of cross-border environmental protection system,the two countries have made great achievements in the construction of cross-border natural protection areas.Due to the lack of coordination between China and Laos in terms of cross-border environmental protection system and the lack of public participation in the construction of cross-border natural protection areas,the two countries have made great achievements.However,due to the lack of coordination between China and Laos in terms of environmental protection system,the two countries have achieved great results,This has led to an increasing number of legal issues in China Laos cross-border nature reserve cooperation.In order to improve the legal cooperation mechanism of China Laos cross-border nature reserves,protect the biodiversity of China Laos cross-border nature reserves and strengthen the cooperation between China and Laos.Using the research methods of literature research and comparative analysis,this paper first makes a specific analysis of the research significance,research status and innovation of this paper in the introduction.Its content mainly includes the theoretical and practical significance of China Laos cross-border nature reserves,and puts forward specific measures to solve the problems existing in cross-border nature reserves.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters:The first part is the introduction,which combs and analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part is an overview of cross-border nature reserves.It clarifies the meaning of cross-border nature reserves and explains the significance of establishing cross-border nature reserves between China and Laos.The third part is the current situation of China Laos cross-border nature reserves.This part introduces and explains Shangyong South muha nature reserve.Sort out the basis of domestic laws,policies and international law of China and Laos.The fourth part is the legal problems existing in the cross-border nature reserve cooperation between China and Laos.Based on the contents of the previous parts,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cooperation between China and Laos in cross-border nature reserves,focusing on the imperfect coordination mechanism in joint law enforcement.The fifth part is to improve the legal cooperation mechanism of China Laos cross-border nature reserves,refine the cooperation agreement,establish a special executive agency,improve the information sharing mechanism of cross-border nature reserves and strengthen public participation.So as to promote the cooperation between China and Laos cross-border nature reserves and protect the biodiversity of China Laos cross-border nature reserves.
