E-commerce not only changes the traditional transaction mode,but also poses new challenges to the protection of consumers’ rights and interests.As an important part of China’s legal system,administrative law is necessary and reasonable to protect the rights and interests of e-commerce consumers.The administrative law protects the rights and interests of e-commerce consumers from the three levels of administrative legislation,law enforcement and relief.Although the existing legal system is relatively rich,there are still deficiencies in the legislative level,law enforcement level and supervision level,which cannot fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of e-commerce consumers.In the process of the protection and improvement of the administrative law on the rights and interests of consumers in e-commerce,it is necessary not only to learn from the diversified system of protecting the rights and interests of consumers in e-commerce in other countries,but also to formulate and improve the corresponding provisions in legislation,law enforcement and relief based on the basic national conditions.Practice to implement the regulation of administrative law of e-commerce transactions,to protect consumers’ legitimate rights and interests,should build perfect system of administrative legislation,formulate administrative regulations frame,strictly enforce the law,administrative law enforcement and criminal procedure,to establish a complaint and dispute processing mechanism,establishing and perfecting the system of law enforcement and supervision,fundamentally maintain the stable development of the e-commerce market.
