By introducing the FOS mechanism of British, Australian andJapanese, the reform of financial supervision USA,FIN-NET of the EU, and providethe reference to perfect the mechanism for the right bank consumers in China relief.The third chapter perfect bank consumer disputes in China’s non litigation reliefmechanism. This chapter embarks on consumer rights protection in the whole train ofthought, and puts forward some concrete suggestions on Mechanism of non litigationrelief, including negotiation mediation mechanism and financial system, perfectingthe administration guarantee mechanism, the establishment of cross regional disputesettlement network platform, and the supervision of the news media, so as to facilitateconsumer rights，and realize the financial consumption dispute resolve.
