A Study On The Failure Of Resocialization Of Juvenile Offenders

The research object of this paper is the failure of re-socialization of juvenile delinquents.Re-socialization is the second socialization process of juvenile delinquents who failed in the first socialization,and the mark of its success is whether juvenile delinquents re-commit crimes after being released from prison.This paper starts with the statistical data of the related causes of juvenile recidivism of juvenile recidivism detained in the unmanaged institute of J province from2010 to 2019,and draws the conclusion that the failure of resocialization is the cause of juvenile recidivism by looking up criminal files,interviewing,questionnaire and analyzing typical failure cases of resocialization.Through in-depth analysis of the above statistic data and typical case,find out the cause of juvenile delinquents to the five aspects cause of the failure of the socialization process,namely,poor family and social education environment,the deviation and the lack of school and social education,peer groups,bad communication,lack of punishment enforcement agencies of education reform to social concerns and social identity.In the face of the problems in these five aspects,the countermeasures are put forward,namely to create a good family resocialization education environment;Give full play to the resocialization of school education;To guide the normal socialization of peer groups;Enrich the content and form of juvenile delinquents' re-socialization education and reform;To construct the resocialization support system for juvenile offenders released from prison;And draw lessons from the advanced practices and systems outside the region.Through the joint efforts of families,schools,peer groups,penal enforcement agencies and the whole society,the re-socialization process of juvenile delinquents can be successful,so that juvenile delinquents can return to society as soon as possible and become normal "social persons".
