On The Supervision Of The Supervision Power In The Qing Dynasty

As the last feudal ruling dynasty in ancient China,the supervision system of Qing Dynasty is a great achievement of all dynasties,which is a significant part of the supervision history in ancient China.The rulers of the Qing Dynasty attached great importance to the supervision system,and constantly improved it,formed the most complete supervision system and supervision legal norms in all dynasties,and built a relatively perfect power balance mechanism and a supervision network to maintain the feudal autocratic system.The rulers of Qing Dynasty also attached great importance to the supervision of the supervisory power under the supervisory system.The emperors of the Qing Dynasty made the supervisory organs independent of the administrative system and endowed them with extremely high power.However,in the system design,they consciously carried out overlapping functions and powers to prevent the excessive supervisory power from causing corruption and attached great importance to the supervision of the supervisory power.In this paper,the supervision system from the Shunzhi Dynasty to the Qianlong Dynasty was studied,and the supervision measures taken by the Qing Dynasty during this period were studied,so as to provide experience and reference for the construction of the supervision system in contemporary China.This paper consists of six parts,including introduction,four chapters and conclusion.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the purpose,research status and research significance of this paper.The second part analyzes the necessity of establishing supervisory power supervision mechanism in Qing Dynasty.The third part mainly explores the measures taken by the Qing Dynasty emperors to supervise and restrict the supervisory power.The fourth part mainly analyzes the mutual supervision and restriction among the supervision organs and among the supervision officials in the supervision system of the Qing Dynasty.The fifth part mainly discusses the supervision by other organs to the supervision organs and officials of the Qing Dynasty.The sixth part is a summary of the supervision and restriction of the supervision power in the Qing Dynasty.
