Artificial intelligence has been widely used in composing,scripting,writing,poetry,etc.The content generated by artificial intelligence brings a lot of convenience to people’s study and life,so it is necessary to protect it by law.Because the value concept,legal relationship and protection principles of neighboring rights under the copyright law system coincide with the original intention of the legal protection of artificial intelligence-generated content,it is most appropriate to adopt the neighboring rights protection model.However,in the process of constructing the protection system for the neighboring rights of artificially generated content,there are problems such as vague identification of right attribution,difficulty in distinguishing generated content from human works,and difficulty in defining the protection period of generated content.By drawing on the relevant legislative provisions of the United Kingdom,Australia,and Japan,So as to put forward corresponding suggestions.In the absence of a contractual agreement,the right to artificially generated content belongs to the owner of the artificial intelligence;it is recommended to implement a mandatory registration system for generated content,and an automatic program code identification system to assist in distinguishing generated content from human works;the protection period is recommended to be set Ten years should not be too long.Adjacent rights are protected for artificial intelligence-generated content so that humans can make better use of artificial intelligence-generated content,reduce the occurrence of infringements,and help guide the stable development of the field of literature and art.
