"Community" is a very important concept in sociological research. On the one hand,it is the basic place for residents to rest.On the other hand,it is also the foundation of society and an important link between macro and micro, therefore, community research is an important area of sociological research.Since the 1970 s,the development of non-profit organizations in the world has attracted the attention of scholars in every country because of their nature and contribution to society,However,it is only in recent years that our country has begun to pay attention to nonprofit organizations such as community intermediary organizations, with the government’s top down community building campaign, the research on community intermediary organizations will also become the focus of the academic community for a period of time.Since the end of the last century, our society has changed from a planned economy system to a market economy system, the original urban management system under the planned economy has gradually disintegrated, and the community system has gradually arisen in the urban grassroots management. In this period of social transformation, individuals are at a loss because they have lost the protection of the organization in many aspects. In order to deal with the result of this change, our government began to actively promote the community management system. The benefits assumed by the former units are devolved to the community in the hope of providing individuals with a secure place to live and more comprehensive public services. On the one hand, along with the social progress and the development of the public service system, the government has made great progress in the improvement of the community’s hardware and software facilities, the old-age service, the health care and medical service, etc.,but we should also see that with the development of the economy and society, the government is increasingly unable to meet the diverse and multi-layered social needs of residents. On the other hand, the community intermediary organizations established to satisfy the spiritual and cultural expression of the residents have solved these problems to a certain extent."Community Intermediary Organization" is a concept that has only appeared in the last ten years. It is outside the fields of government and market. Its intermediary nature lies between the community main body organization(Community Party organization, government department, etc.)and the community residents, its existence can not only meet the multi-level needs of community residents, but also effectively promote the construction of grass-roots community and community management. So it’s really important to talk about this organization. This paper takes the non-governmental organizations in the Community of z community in Jinan,Shandong Province as the research object to explore the significance and function of these organizations to the community residents, community construction and governance. The whole article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction part, including the first chapter, mainly introduces the background, research methods and domestic and international community intermediary organization research status. The second part is the theory summary, including the second chapter the basic theory and the classification of the community intermediary organization as well as the third chapter our Country Community Intermediary Organization Development Vein, the third part is take Jinan Z community intermediary organization as the example, this paper introduces the situation of Z community and the interview of this paper, and through the analysis of its development status,on the one hand studies its positive role in community construction,on the other hand collects the problems existing in its development,at the same time, the causes of these problems are summarized The fourth part puts forward the development path of the urban community intermediary organization in our country according to the problems that the development of the community intermediary organization faces at present and the reasons that lead to these problems. |
