As a new teaching model emerged at the context of informatization,flipped classroom advocates to put students first,take in-depth learning as direction,use information resources to improve students' core qualities such as high-order thinking ability,which meets the requirements of the course reform of secondary vocational education and the aims of reform of vocational education in the new era.To solve the problems faced by law classes in secondary vocational education,such as lagging educational concept,single teaching means and superficial learning,this paper attempts to introduce flipped classroom into law teaching of secondary vocational schools,in order to solve the dilemma of law teaching,and provide reference for innovatively promoting the reform of law teaching.Based on Mastery Learning Theory,Constructivist Learning Theory and Mixed Learning Theory,this paper uses methodologies of investigation and literature analysis to introduce flipped classroom teaching mode to law teaching in secondary vocational schools in the expectancy of providing a new and effective teaching method.In particular,it includes five parts:the first part gives definition of flipped classroom,summarizes theoretical basis of it and differences between traditional classroom and it;the second part gives investigation and analysis of current situation and problems faced by law teaching in secondary vocational schools,which provides basis of introducing flipped classroom to law teaching;the third part discusses necessities and feasibilities of applying flipped classroom in law teaching.The necessities are discussed from three perspectives including needs of developing high quality vocational education,important ways of solving dilemma faced by law teaching in vocational schools,effectives ways of promoting deep integration of information technology and law teaching.The feasibilities are demonstrated also from three perspectives,including policy support from course reform of secondary vocational education,applicability of flipped classroom in law classes in terms of content and technological support from development of information technology.The forth part discusses design and implementation of flipped classroom in law teaching in secondary vocational schools.The design meanly focus on construction of teaching model,teaching process and evaluation.It also demonstrates how to guarantee the effectiveness of flipped classroom in law teaching from the perspectives of implementation strategies and conditions.The last part of the paper is examples of flipped classroom in law teaching in secondary vocational schools,in the hope of providing reference for its application in practice.
