Research On The Protection Of Consumer Rights And Interests Under The Micro-business Transaction Mode

In recent years,the rapid development of wechat business industry has promoted social employment and provided convenient conditions for consumers to shop.However,the imperfection of corresponding regulatory measures and the lack of self-discipline in the industry have led to the occurrence of infringement of consumers' rights and interests from time to time.Therefore,it is urgent to regulate the wechat business industry to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.This paper begins with defining the wechat business,mainly from the narrow point of view,the study and analysis is made on the operation mode of wechat business found C2 C mode of consumers' rights and interests more easily damaged,by analyzing the argument has been clear about the related main body the legal status of the wechat business mode,and discussed with the consumers' right to know the mode,the safety guarantee,fair trading right and right in accordance with the difficulties facing claims were analyzed,and find out the cause which restrict the development of the wechat business industry,the foreign advanced legislation found its main from the protection of the rights and interests of consumers,the market access rules,regulation and other aspects.Based on this,the author combined with the actual situation of our country,put forward that we should develop specific access system and corresponding evaluation mechanism,and implement the supervision responsibilities of law enforcement departments and social platforms,actively explore the positive effects of small litigation court and e-commerce network court,and contribute to the healthy development of the wechat business industry in China.
