In recent years,China's development has been more deeply integrated into the world.As an important carrier of China's integration into the world,the “two new” organizations have shown active vitality in international economic exchange and cultural exchange.They have also gained unprecedented development opportunities,greatly promoted scientific and technological innovation and economic growth.They have become an important means to increase employment,improve people's livelihood,and promote the development.It has been an indispensable force for the economic development of our country.The “two new” organizations have grown into an important organizational form of China's economy and society,which is an important force for the party and the government to effectively unite.How to guide and infiltrate into this important force,to unite closely them around the party at all times,to work with the party for the harmonious progress of society and the good life of the people,has become an important issue which is concerned by the party and all sectors of society.In this context of economic and social development,it is inevitable to vigorously promote the construction of “two new” organizations not only effectively promotes the party construction theory to keep pace with the times,enriches and develops the theory of the party construction with Chinese characteristics,but also of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Economic Park,Flange Bridge Creative Industry Park,Shanghai Lawyers Association,Shanghai Federation of Industrial Economy,Shanghai Decoration Industry Association,Yangpu Environmental Development Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai Oujian Network Company,Party and Mass Service Station of Meilong Town in Minhang District,Financial Street(Helen)Center Party and Mass Service Station in Hongkou District and many other cases,on the basis of contributions and experience,this paper holds that in the next step of the party construction of the “two new” organizations in Shanghai,we should focus on system and mechanism guarantee,work system construction,as well as regional cooperation between the party construction work and other departments and fields,such as rectifying the corruption in the “two new” organizations with the help of the supervision department.Of course,the effective promotion of the party construction work of the “two new” organizations depends on their own construction in the party construction of the “two new” organizations to a great extent.Therefore,the majority of the “two new” organizations should pay more attention to the construction of the party cadres and the education and management of the party members,to lead and demonstrate actively,to unite the majority of owners and workers better,and to promote the party construction work
