Research On Party Building Work Of Anhui Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd. In The New Era

In the face of the great changes that haven’t happened in a hundred years,China’s state-owned enterprises have ushered in great opportunities for development,but also are undergoing a severe test of the times.The state-owned enterprise is the pillar of our national economy.The nature of the state-owned enterprise determines that it must adhere to the leadership of the party,must serve the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and do a good job in the construction of the party in the state-owned enterprise is of great significance for strengthening the party’s ruling ability,consolidating the party’s ruling position and completing the party’s executive mission.Anhui traffic control group is a typical representative of state-owned enterprises in Anhui Province.How to strengthen and improve the construction of the Party of Anhui traffic control group and realize its high-quality development is the purpose of this paper.Anhui traffic control group has insisted on paying equal attention to economic and social benefits for many years.Under the system of modern state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics,it has continued to strengthen the construction of the party,innovate the working methods of the party construction,and comprehensively improved the scientific level of the party construction.At this stage,the research on the party construction of Anhui traffic control group is not only of great practical significance to the future development of the group,but also can play a leading role in improving the party construction of state-owned enterprises and promoting the economic growth of state-owned enterprises.Based on the spirit of the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,combined with the changing domestic economic development environment and the opportunities and challenges faced by the transportation field,this paper studies the development of the group’s party construction by using the methods of literature research,field investigation and case study,and further explores the specific measures and ways to optimize the party construction of Anhui traffic control group through the analysis of thegroup’s actual situation Path.Under the new situation and new requirements,Anhui traffic control group has maderemarkable achievements in Party Construction Based on improving the service-oriented party organization.However,there are still some problems,such as the poor compaction of the main responsibility of managing the party and running the party,the outdated working methods of Party construction,the weak sense of vanguard of Party members,the inadequate assessment and accountability within the party,and the insufficient training of party affairs professionals,which to some extent affect the quality of the party construction work of the group.Therefore,in order to give full play to the leading force of the party construction and boost the high-quality development of the traffic control group,it is necessary to continuously play the leading role of the party organization in the future construction,improve the working system and mechanism of the party construction,strengthen the party construction awareness of the party members,strengthen the construction of the cadre team and expand the professional talent team of the party construction.
