Relationships Among Social Support, Motivation Of Drug Abstention And Relapse In New-type Drugs

Objective: To investigate relationship between social support and drug motivation of drug user, and to explore the regulation effect in the drug motivation in this relationship.Methods: Use the person develop drug motivation scale,Understanding social support scale(PSSS) and relapsing survey scale for the human XinKaiPu rehab for compulsory drug addiction rehabilitation and the drug rehabilitation white mud lake in human province by the selected 123 healthy, no mental illness of new drug dependent on behalf of, with the method of questionnaire to collect the data.Results:(1)In the drug users, drug motives five dimensions hasten to quit- internal motivation, hasten to quit- internal motivation, external motivation from the suction- avoid smoking- external motivation,confidence and negatively related to the number of drug use was significantly. Drug addiacts social support and the number of drug use was significantly negative correlation. Addicts motivation five dimensions hasten to quit- internal motivation, hasten to quit- internal motivation, external motivation from the suction- avoid smoking-external motivation, confidence and with the social support was significantly positively related.(2)The number of drug relapse and five dimensions hasten drug motivation to quit- internal motivation, hasten toquit- internal motivation, external motivation from the suction- avoid smoking- a significant difference was found in the external motivation,confidence. Drug addicts social support and the five dimensions hasten to quit drug motivation- internal motivation, hasten to quit- internal motivation, external motivation from the suction- avoid smoking- a significant difference was found in the external motivation, confidence.Significant number of relapse and social support.(3) The number of drug relapse and five dimensions hasten drug motivation to quit- internal motivation, hasten to quit- internal motivation, external motivation from the suction-- external absorption.Conclusion:(1) The number of smoking drug users, and the closely related to social support. Drug users to the higher level of social support,and can decrease the number of drug use.(2) Drug detoxification motivation is closely related to social support. Drug users to the higher level of social support, the drug motive will be the stronger.(3) Addicts motivation for society and the number of relapsing intermediary effect.
