Research On The Application Of Mao Zedong Thought In The Development Of ZJKY Enterprises

With the continuous improvement and maturation of the Chinese market economy system,the market competition became more and more fierce.Especially for the small-sized Chinese enterprises,the main attributes associated with them was a low survival rate and short life cycle.As people always say,business is like a battlefield.In the development of one firm,from almost begging to being a large firm,the degree of cruelty of fighting is no less than a war.In this process,they’re confronted with all kinds of difficulties.The key is what methods and theories they will use.This is the same situation that the Chinese people were facing at the beginning of the Chinese revolution.At that time,the Chinese people had failed many times to find the right theory to guide their revolution.Finally,they gradually established the Mao Zedong thought as the guiding ideology and achieved the revolution success under this theory’s guidance.Mao Zedong thought is the combination of a Marxist-Leninist ideology and the Chinese revolutionary practice.It has been proved to be the truth.Although it was born during the time of the Chinese revolution,the philosophy and military management thought it contained,played an important role for the modern small firm’s development.Further study and better reference to Mao Zedong thought,and an introduction of essence into the modern enterprise management,would have a profound impact for the small-sized enterprises’development and Chinese economy’s takeoff.In this paper,taking ZJKY company’s foundation and development as a case,I studied how one small private company found its problems,how they analyzed its problems,and how the use of philosophical theories and military management thought contained in accordance with Mao Zedong thought,solved the general problems they confronted after they were built.In China,the industry ZJKY is engaging in an emerging industry.It offered products and services to the universities and research institutes.Although it’s a special niche market,with more and more national investment through scientific research and requirements from Chinese research,there are more new entrants flooding the industry.At the same time,the international counterparts are paying more attention to the Chinese market.Therefore,the market pressure is heavy and uncertainty is high.ZJKY found out the theories from Mao Zedong thought,which helped ZJKY to find their own advantages and became stronger.Based on the background above,I analyzed the industry environment first.Then combined the industry characteristics and the company’s own problems.I discussed how ZJKY used Mao Zedong thought generated their strategy,culture,tactics and management.Finally,I made the company’s next plan combined with Mao Zedong philosophical thought.I believe this company will grow much larger with the guidance of Mao Zedong thought,which will share more valuable experiences with the other small companies,and enrich the Chinese style on modern management theories.
