Hanslick's self-discipline aesthetics is one of the very important theoretical concepts in western music aesthetics.Most of his ideas are concentrated in the book "On the Musically Beautiful ".The book cites a certain number of musical examples to demonstrate its concept.These musical examples are the top priority in the study of the formation of Hanslick's aesthetic concept.Starting from music examples,this paper analyzes the related problems of content and form in music,deeply explores the source of music beauty,and makes the related problems of music beauty become of scientific significance through analysis.This paper mainly starts from music examples and moves towards Hanslick's aesthetic concept through music.This paper expounds the views on music theme,theme,style and work itself and music works in the aesthetic view of form theory.Through the analysis of music examples,the author further explores how Hanslick demonstrates the concept of self-discipline of music formal beauty through music.Through the analysis and interpretation of the relevant music examples in the book,we can further pursue the essential characteristics of music beauty,so as to move towards Hanslick's concept of music aesthetics.
