| Vol.5 of Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo Slip Collected by Yuelu Academy which was formally published in December 2017.It is another collection of Qin Dynasty legal order documents and it is undoubtedly that promote the process of Qin Dynasty law and legal history research.Vol.5 of Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo Slip contains a total of 337 Qin Bamboo Slips.The organizers divided them into three groups.The contents of the three groups are mainly based on the rare laws and orders of Qin dynasty,with a few Qin laws.This thesis takes the above three groups of Bamboo Slips as research objects,and the main content is divided into two parts.The introduction is divided into four sections which respectively introduce the research object,research review,research significance and research methods,and examples of this article.The main text consists of two parts.The first part is the The collected annotation of Chapters 1 to 3 which collecting the relevant research results of the academic circle as far as possible to form an intensive interpretation for further study by the academic circle.In addition,the comprehensive use of the knowledge and research methods of philology,linguistics,study bamboo slips,and philology based on various viewpoints.After analyze words,and sentences objectively,we put forward myself opinions to present in the form of Anyu(按语).The second part is the two thematic researches in Chapters Ⅳ to V Chapter.Ⅳ is the study of the special characters Vol.5of Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo Slip.This character was sorted and analyzed to show the special words of Vol.5 of Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo.The fixth chapter,the study of the "bribery acceptance" order based on explaining the meaning of the 22 bamboo slips from the perspective of the identity of the bribe recipient,analyzes the types of bribery,the methods of bribery,punishment factors,and so on.Our purpose is to deeply understand the penal principles and characteristics of bribery laws in the Qin Dynasty. |
