Mark Lydon's Fantastic Worlds Series Inspired My Art

This paper studies Mark Ryden,an American contemporary surreal bop artist,and guides the author's artistic creation by studying the image symbols and unique artistic language in the four major series of works of his fantasy world.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter introduces the various factors that lead to the creation of the artist's individual style works.The internal and external factors form the unique style works of the artist.The second chapter will focus on the analysis of four themes in the fantasy series,focusing on the artistic language and image symbols that are more inclined to be personalized and explore the emotions of the inner world.These four series are the themes that some artists have paid attention to in ancient times,namely,carnival,death,flesh,man and nature.At the same time,it analyzes the artist's individual painting language from the perspective of artistic style,from the perspective of composition,techniques and techniques of expression,and compares it with contemporary artists of the same type.The third chapter is based on the artist painting language study of works of art creation,starting from the resonate with the emotional theme and artists,describe the problem of childhood and adulthood,find imprinting the artistic style of language reflect culture,again through the medium of painting,try different innovation,in order to better complete the combination of theory and practice of research,Finally establish my own painting artistic style.
