With the process of reform&opening and the urbanization, the rural society and culture have changed rapidly. The national policy strongly supports the land scaled and intensive management, thus land transfer is the only way for agricultural development. In 2008,after the release of the central government's decision on major issues concerning the promotion of rural reform and development, supporting policies for land transfer were quickly introduced, and more than 30%of the country's land transfer had been completed by 2013.Through research on literature,it is found that the current domestic land transfer research mainly focuses on the legal and rational research of policy, the management system research of land transfer, the class game between farmers and managers, and the benefit distribution research of land transfer. At present, along with the change of farmers' production and life style, rural land culture presents a new development trend, which is mainly reflected in the differentiation of farmers' role and the diversification of land values.Land culture is closely related to land transfer, but there is little research on the relationship between land culture and land transfer intention. To analyze the influence mechanism of land culture on the land transfer intention, this article take farmers in H county in Sichuan province as the research object, adopts the land values, farmer role identification as questionnaire for investigation, based on the analysis of the demographic characteristics of land values, farmer's role recognition,to seek out how the land culture will influent on the land transfer.By giving the quantifiable indicator to low-degree land-depend farmers and high-degree land-depend farmers, analyzed the demographic characteristics of the land culture in different classifications, the results are as follows:(1)the farmer's overall culture land is related to the 8 demographic characteristics indicators:age, level of education, family size of population, the degree of dependence on agricultural production, the degree of depend on agricultural production, family annual per capita income, the percentage of agricultural income in family income, and family degress.(2)The land culture of the two types of farmers is obviously differentiated. The land emotional index of high-degree land-depend farmers are obviously exceeds low-degree land-depend farmers.Meanwhile, the demography and land transfer index of the two types of farmers have great differences in the correlation of land culture. It can be predicted that,at the same time and space, the land cultural characteristics of the two types of farmers will have different development trends.Preliminary analysis of differentiation may be related to the long-term effects of education and part-time employment.(3)The land cultural indicators of the two types of farmers have significant differences in influencing factors of land transfer intention.Through data analysis,it is found that,by controlling the variables of age, education level and annual per capita family income, the affinity view has a negative influence on the land transfer intention of farmers with high-degree land dependence, while the burden view and security view have a positive influence on the land transfer intention of farmers with high-degree land dependence. The indicators of land culture have no significant predictive effect on the land transfer intention of farmers with low-degree land dependence.(4)The indicators of land culture have no significant predictive effect on the quantities of land transfer.Based on the abovementioned analysis, this article puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the land transfer intention:fully consider the deep influence of traditional land culture, and face up to the practical significance of land,as it is the farmers' emotional end-result;and fully respect the local culture and protect the role of farmers, and put the promotion of land transfer into the long-term strategy of rural revitalization.Fully grasp the key group of farmers with high-degree land dependence, reasonably guide land culture from the perspectives of population structure, education promotion and income security, and promote the improvement of farmers' overall transfer intention.
