Master Tsungkhapa regarded the concept of "Evolving Centrification","Bodhi Mind" and "Empty Right-seeing" as the "Essence of the Buddha's Inheritance",which are the three essential elements of Buddhism and the essence of his Bodhi Dharma. The first principle is that the "centrifugal" arising from the suffering of life is the theoretical basis of Master Tsongkhapa's philosophical thought. The second important way, namely, the "Bodhi Mind" of seeking Buddha from the top and transforming living beings from the bottom,is the tenet of Tsongkhapa's philosophy. The third principle is the theoretical basis of Tsongkhapa's ideological system.Master Zongkhapa formed his complete theoretical system on the basis of the three essential principles, investigated the whole universe of life, and constructed the thoughts of compassion as the bosom, the pursuit of all good, and no evil as the core.To a large extent, the thought of the three main roads established by Master Tsongkaba has helped Tibetan Buddhism to carry on in a more systematic way,and even has certain theoretical and practical significance in alleviating the human weakness exposed in the development of modern civilization. On the basis of previous studies, this paper is divided into three parts to investigate the Three Essential Principles. The first chapter is an overview of "Ode to the Three Essential Principles",which discusses the origin, structure and framework of Tsongkhapa's writing and the general meaning. The second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter are divided into three chapters, which concretely explain Tsongkhapa's thought of three essential roads. The fifth and sixth chapters are the general introduction, which summarizes the characteristics and practical value of the thought of the Three Essential Principles.
