Research On The Protection Of Intellectual Property Rights Of Yunnan Ethnic Handicrafts In The Context Of Cultural And Creative Industries

Yunnan is rich in ethnic handicraft resources and has distinctive characteristics.Under the overall layout of cultural industry corridor construction,Yunnan is striving to build an industrial system dominated by ethnic handicrafts and cultural and creative industries as the pillars.Intellectual property protection is essential for industrial development.Based on field research,data statistics,data retrieval,relevant government documents and the interpretation of laws and regulations as the prerequisite,this paper analyzes the development of Yunnan ethnic handicrafts in the context of cultural and creative industries and the status of intellectual property protection,summarizes intellectual property protection issues,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to explore the inheritance and development of Yunnan ethnic handicrafts in the context of cultural and creative industries.Firstly,through field research and data analysis to understand the development status of Yunnan ethnic handicrafts in the context of cultural and creative industries,and have an in-depth understanding of the intellectual property protection status of Yunnan ethnic handicrafts from the perspective of legislative status and protection measures.Secondly,it analyzes the specific problems that exist in the protection of intellectual property rights of Yunnan ethnic handicrafts in the context of cultural and creative industries from both macro and micro perspectives based on the current situation.From the macro perspective,combined with actual research and data access,it points out the common problems in intellectual property awareness and intellectual property talents.From the micro perspective,combined with government documents,laws and regulations,data retrieval,the analysis of copyright,patents,trademarks,geographical indications protection and other issues actually arising in the protection of intellectual property rights.Thirdly,it conducts investigation and research on representative cases of ethnic handicrafts in Yunnan,selects ethnic handicrafts with different development status and different levels of intellectual property protection,and summarizes their shortcomings through on-site investigation of relevant enterprises.From the common problems to find the individual problems,for reference by other ethnic handicrafts,so as to promote the coordinated development of Yunnan ethnic handicrafts.Finally,in order to strengthen the intellectual property protection suggestions for Yunnan ethnic handicrafts,construct a diversified subject conceptual model of intellectual property protection for Yunnan ethnic handicrafts,and put forward targeted suggestions to the government,professional associations,enterprises,universities,museums and craftsmen.Improve the sustainability of Yunnan’s ethnic handicrafts as a whole.
