"Zhengxuan Dictionary" Received "Zhou Li Zhu" (Tianguan To Chunguan Part) Word Training, Correction And Research

The main research object of this paper is the interpretation of the content of words in Zhou Li Zhu(Tianguan to Chunguan part)that is included in Zheng Xuan Dictionary that was written in the Tang Wen.This paper compares the Zheng Xuan's interpretation of the content of words that is included in the Zheng Xuan Dictionary with the original text of Zhou Li Zhu,in order to correct the interpretation of the content of words in Zhou Li Zhu that is included in Zheng Xuan Dictionary,and supplement the interpretation of the content of words that should have been included in Zhou Li Zhu.In addition,the large-scale dictionary Gu Xun Hui Zuan is listed as research materials to provide circumstantial evidence.By comparing the interpretation of the content of words of Zhou Li Zhu(the part from Tianguan to Chunguan)included in Zheng Xuan Dictionary with those included in Gu Xun Hui Zuan,we could know the collection scope about Zhou Li Zhu in these two books.This paper has completed the following tasks : 1.Correcting the interpretation of the content of words in Zhou Li Zhu(Tianguan to Chunguan part)that is included in Zheng Xuan Dictionary(568 items),and classifying them into ten types of errors,which are : missing text(76 items),redundant text(25 items),inaccurate text(202 items),incomplete interpretation of the content(79 items),inaccurate text that is resulted in sentence breaking(37items),improper sentence order(15 items),wrong title(70 items),inaccurate citation of authors(33 items),entry word error(5 items),punctuation error(26 items).2.To collate and supplement the materials(1623 items)of the words and phrases of Zhouli Zhu(Tianguan to Chunguan)which are not included in Zheng Xuan Dictionary.And according to the collection of different situations are divided into three categories:(1)headwords and meanings are not included(824items);(2)Only the headword is included,but the meaning is not included(646 items);(3)The meaning has been included,but some literature use cases of the meaning have been omitted(153 items).3.The comparison of the entries about the interpretation of words and phrases in Zhouli Zhu(the part from Tian Guan to Chun Guan)between Zheng Xuan Dictionary and Guxun Huizuan is summarized as the following four different situations:(1)Zheng Xuan Dictionary includes the entry about the interpretation of words and phrases in Zhouli Zhu,but Guxun Huizuan does not include it(67 items);(2)Guxun Huizuan includes the explanation of a word in Zhouli Zhu,but Zheng Xuan Dictionary does not;(3)Guxun Huizuan and Zheng Xuan Dictionary do not include the content of words and phrases in Zhouli Zhu(246 items);(4)Both Guxun Huizuan and Zheng Xuan Dictionary include the content of a word explanation in Zhouli Zhu,but the situation is different.
