Image Research And Design Improvement Of The Fifth Set Of RMB Banknotes

he construction of national image is a persistent topic since the founding of the People's Republic of China.As an important guarantee of National Economic Security System,RMB is also the important carrier of national image.Since the founding of the nation,the first set of RMB to the fifth set of RMB has always undertaken the historical task for the construction of national image.At present,the domestic and overseas researches on RMB mainly focus on the macro level of politics,society and economy,and there is less analysis on the function and aesthetics as the carrier of material image.However,we can deeply understand the significance of RMB in the construction of national image only by focusing on the micro level analysis of the image content and form.Based on the project experience of improving the design of RMB 5 banknote in the fifth set of RMB,the author took the fifth set of RMB as the research object,and carried out a special study on the images of the fifth set of RMB through the dual analysis of the content and form,which is specifically divided into the following four parts:(1)The symbolic study on the theme images of the fifth set of RMB banknotes.Based on the symbolic meaning of the images,the connotations of the theme images in the fifth set of RMB in national,social,cultural and other aspects were explored.(2)The safety research on the anti-counterfeiting images of the fifth set of RMB banknotes.Based on the secure and anti-counterfeiting image types,the security features of the denomination,pattern,special image and other anti-counterfeiting image elements in the fifth set of RMB banknotes were analyzed.(3)The promotion of the visual design of the theme images of the fifth set of RMB banknotes.The changes of the fifth set of RMB promotion products in portrait design,pattern design and visual information design were analyzed,and the formal language for the promotion of main scene image design was explored.(4)The promotion of the visual design of the anti-counterfeiting images of the fifth set of RMB banknotes.The evolution of the anti-counterfeiting visual design of the fifth set of RMB promotion products was analyzed,and the formal language for the promotion of anti-counterfeiting image design was explored.Through the research,this paper holds that the double interweaving of RMB theme image and anti-counterfeiting image is the core feature that distinguishes the RMB image from the general image,and the theme image from full richness to systematic coordination as well as the anti-counterfeiting image from plane recognition to stereo recognition presented in t_Vhe process of RMB promotion deeply reflect the key strategy of constructing national image in the image of RMB.The author hopes to provide a material analysis basis from a microscopic view for the construction of national image and provide a valuable analysis material through this research.
